Atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar desde o check in. Inclusive negando o café da manhã que entendi está contratado.

The breakfast was the best part of my stay here. There is a mini bar of a few things not much and there is not a lot of amenities in the bathroom. Prepare by bring your own.

El hotel es pequeño, pero bonito y tiene excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa y de restaurantes. El personal muy amable en general, sobre todo los guardias de seguridad y recepción. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y hacen el aseo a diario. El desayuno no es tan variado en cuanto a proteína y cosas saladas, pero si para panes y postres, aunque parece que así es lo típico del lugar. Solo una de las chicas que te reciben en el desayuno no se portó tan amable cuando le pedimos apoyo para pedir a alguien más ayuda limpiando la mesa. La vista del rooftop es espectacular. En general, regresaría al hotel.

Infelizmente meu quarto muito, muito sujo. Piso - banheiro e cama muito suja. Aranha - teia. Foi muito ruim. Tive que solicitar limpeza do quarto. Outro ponto negativo o cheiro de comida do quarta, muito ruim. Ponto positivo : localização - atendentes e café da manhã excelente.

Os travesseiros estavam horríveis, dobrados. Solicitei e substituíram.

Hotel maravilhoso! Excelente localização, com vista maravilhosa. Café da manhã delicioso. Oferece toalhas, cadeiras e guarda-sóis como cortesia.

Breakfast was good. Rooms are small and high price. Not the best Novotel we have used. Location is good. Lifts (at front) always full

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms are not soundproofed adequately for the area of the hotel. Rooms are not 100 clean. Check in experience was terribles.

Muito variado o café da manhã

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett mit viel Obst, sehr gut. Leider waren Teller und Tassen immer wieder aus und Platzwahl zu viert sehr begrenzt. Zimmer grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings bei uns immer wieder nur 2 Handtücher für 4 Personen und von Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage kam ständig Wasser raus. Auch für das Aufzug fahren ist etwas Geduld gefragt. Rooftop Bar mit toller Aussicht.

O ponto alto foi ter nespresso, geralmente café de hotel é ruim. Comida gostosa, quarto limpo
