전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn and Suites Jackson Downtown-Coliseum

Our room was not available as we were told Hotels.com over booked. They put our kids in another room that was not connected. Kids room smelled like paint, and our AC made loud noises. Not happy!!!

This hotel was the best one I’ve been in in a long time! My suite was excellent! It was spacious and comfortable!

All was well

There was NO stay I have been trying to contact someone. Hampton Inn did not recognize the itinerary number and kept asking for confirmation number. The reservation was NOT honored. I was still charged. I need a refund you can contact the property. My husband had to pay for a different room at $205 the night. Separate from charges on hotel.com

The hotel is good and the staff is great. The area around the hotel though - stay away. Downtown Jackson seems desolate and unsafe.

Nice spacious room

The room was nice for my husband and myself. It was very clean and the people were friendly.

Front desk person very friendly and managed several checkins at the same time by herself.

I liked it.

Everything was great except the curtains. The curtains aren’t designed to cover the area above tge air conditioning unit. There is a sheer white curtain that does not allow for sleeping in. I had 3 clothespins with me and it helped some.

Turned Ac on and it was extremely noisy. Had to turn it off because of the noise. Thankful I didn't need the AC or I would have had to ask for a different room.

I did not get the kitchen suite that I reserved and the desk clerk said he was unable to adjust the charge that I paid. Very disappointed.

Very clean room. Nice staff. We stay here when attending something at the Ms coliseum.

Location was ok. Hotel is run down. Everything is rusting. Wall paint are peeling. Had to train myself to not look at them.

not enough number of hanger

The front desk employee was rude, he spoke to me in a derogatory tone. He accused me of not following policy. He also gave rude expressions to myself and my family. While my wife was returning to the room the front desk employee peered over the counter and stared her down from the time she clicked the button to open the elevator until the doors closed completely. While my family was having breakfast he stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable. While checking out he kept getting an attitude as if i had done something wrong. While the room was unclean and damaged in certain areas as well. I paid all deposits prior to checking in including the pet fee. I was very dissatisfied with my stay.

Was disappointed Friday morning very little breakfast was offered! It was spot on Saturday Sunday and Monday

It was a good room close to the venue we attended.

The room was excellent. Clean and the staff was friendly. I was a little disappointed by the Friday morning breakfast. Boiled Eggs, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, milk and juice. However on Saturday Morning they made up for it. There was sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, boiled eggs, juice, milk, cereal, and waffles. So I guess they only have a full continental on the weekend
