리셉션직원이굉장히친절함 객실도청결하고크기도만족한편 단지구글이잘안되찿는데좀힘들었음

Little bit far from old town center. Reasonable room size. The problems are they don't focus to the guest to stay. The only focus event party guest. When I went there, there were two event party and they occupied whole dining facility. Hotel guest only can use junk cafeteria for dinner. Also room door was hard to open and AC didn't work. They didn't even appologize when I complained in the morning.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful with everything. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Avila. From the room, I had a great view of the walls of Avila.

Hermosas vistas desde 4 postes, muy buen parking cubierto por 10€ la noche, resto correcto salvo que las alfombras manchadas y llenas de polvo en los pasillos deslucen el servicio. Personal muy amable

Fica fora das muralhas, mas tem garagem, paga, o que é uma mais valia. Da janela tínhamos uma vista fantástica sobre Ávila ao fim do dia, o que foi memorável.

We were delighted with the very spacious, beautifully decorated room. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom spacious with an excellent walk in shower and the temperature good. We loved the situation close to the Four Posts and with views of the stunning city of Avila. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the cafe bar is also really good for a drink and tapas / snacks. Staff were all really helpful.We would definitely stay again.
