리셉션직원이굉장히친절함 객실도청결하고크기도만족한편 단지구글이잘안되찿는데좀힘들었음

Little bit far from old town center. Reasonable room size. The problems are they don't focus to the guest to stay. The only focus event party guest. When I went there, there were two event party and they occupied whole dining facility. Hotel guest only can use junk cafeteria for dinner. Also room door was hard to open and AC didn't work. They didn't even appologize when I complained in the morning.

The location was excellent especially since we had a car. The staff was also very helpful and the restaurant was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel aceptable, uno de los principales razones en qué sacamos este hotel es la terraza que tiene con la vista a la muralla. Dicha terraza solo es para eventos especiales y los huéspedes no pueden utilizar.

Ótimo custo X beneficio. Hotel muito confortavel.

La habitacion super silenciosa cerramiento muy bueno las camas muy comodas la habitacion amplia, el aire acondicionado silencioso y la mejor vista de las murrallas con sol el desayuno completo y esta genial para hacer noche y seguir camino

The room was not the cleanest unfortunately. The whole hotel needs an upgrade, but the bathroom was remodeled and large. Mattress and pillows just ok. Easy and convenient parking and hotel location just outside the city with nice views. Restaurant was cheap but decent food. Staff was very nice.

Lo mejor son sus baños e insonorización de las habitaciones. Buena habitación y cama cómoda. Buen hotel, pero la limpieza podría mejorar ya que nos encontramos ropa del huésped anterior. Por lo demás, muy bien.

Cafetería is not a good one and expensive

El hotel tiene aparcamiento gratuito. Las vistas de la muralla son excelentes incluso desde el ascensor. Se puede llegar andando hasta la base de las murallas desde el templete de cuatro postes a 3 minutos andando desde el hotel y desde allí cruzando el río Adaja por un puente peatonal en otros 12 minutos. Hotel moderno, limpio y funcional.

Ar condicionado central e você não tem controle individual da temperatura do seu quarto, é o hotel quem decide se você vai sentir frio ou calor. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta para não “morrer” de calor, isso foi muito desagradável.

The hotel is ideally located next to the Cuatro Postes viewpoint and within walking distance of the old city.The unit is clean, neat , and well equipped. The hot buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pequeno almoço fresca e parque fácil

Lugar para dejar las maletas provisionalmente (lockers) está en el sótano. Cuarto no tiene una caja de seguridad (No safety box). Tampoco tiene un teléfono en el cuarto. El hotel no está en Atocha como lo promueve Expedía. Hay que caminar 25-35 minutos para llegar a la estación de Atocha.
