청결, 주차, 직원 친절도, 위치 모두 매우 좋았습니다. 특히 강을 따라 걷는 산책로와 인근 핀초 식당들, 무엇보다 구겐하임 미술관을 산책로를 따라 걸어갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다시 머물고 싶은 4성급 숙소입니다.

A very nice, clean, modern hotel on the banks of the Nervion river, which made it easy to find after exploring. Very friendly, helpful staff and a comprehensive breakfast. The bar was a nice place to chill and read my book with a glass of wine and I felt very comfortable as a single person doing that.

Upon our arrival the air conditioning was not functioning. Another room was offered. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good but a cooked to order station would have enhanced the experience. We found the hotel location to be more than ideal. Hotel was within walking distance to just about all the major sights.

The bathroom was a wet room as the room allocated was for disabled persons and hence the water covered the entire floor. It was quite disgusting. Breakfast selection was very good. The bar had just one staff member at 4.30pm, so the waiting time to be served was 20mins. Poor staffing for a 350 room hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Größe des Zimmers ist jedoch recht klein. Lage des Hotels ist aber top!

Excellent location. Nice walk along the river to the Guggenheim and old town. Close to a tram stop. Good selection at breakfast and reasonable bar prices.

The hotel is in central location, at walking distances from many amenities and stores. The personal is very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was excellent. In the room there was a minibar but it was not refrigirating. I was only keeping the goods inside below room temperature. Maintenance did not act to mend the door light of the room. Reception was not very helping. They were acting like a robot who did not speak and understand English well.

It's in the walking distance to the old town and Guggenheim Museum. A scenic walk along the river. Breakfast was wonderful.

Room very comfortable and warm. TV doesn’t work too well. Majority of staff very amiable. Breakfast - wide selection, good healthy options. Hot food varied in quality. Hotel location excellent.
