Unsere Rechnung war zu hoch, wir sollten für die Unterkunft eines Hund bezahlen, den wir nicht hatten. Zum Glück hatten wir die Buchungsdaten gespeichert dabei.

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms a little small but clean.

Stayed for 2 nights in May. The hotel is a close walk to the beach and on a main road if public transportation is needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in and check out staff are friendly and helpful. If parking is needed it is best to prebook with the hotel as spaces are limited, there is also paid parking a few streets over.

Bij aankomst op de kamer stonden de ramen open om te luchten. Zaterdag morgend gemeld dat de ventilatie niet werkte op kamer. Aan de balie vertelde de medewerkers mij dat de technische ondersteuning in het weekend niet ter beschikking was. Ook bij andere kamers zag men langs buiten dat de ramen openstonden op de derde verdieping. Maandag ben ik verder gereisd naar betere oorden.

Un peu excentré ; on ne peut pas se garer où on veut, il faut demander à la réception qui indique les endroits permis (première rue à droite après l'hôtel, puis dans les places signalées par des traits bleus et VERTS.

Bien situé, a 20 minutes de marche de tout. Propreté impeccable.

Excellent location on the other side of the bay. Within walking distance of the Combs of the Wind sculptures. Modern & clean amenities and spacious rooms. Definitely worthy as an option for a few nights' stay in San Sebastian if you are looking for a quieter neighbourhood
