They had some challenges with their elevators that they were working to address. The breakfast was good and the

Elevators were out of service, it’s a tough walk up to the 3rd floor, 6 flights total, with luggage and a bad knee. I’m 73 yrs old and my wife is 69 yrs old. Otherwise the hotel is very nice…..glad we only needed to be there for one night. If you want to book a room there, call and make sure the elevators are working.

Had 2 roaches in the room

Elevator was damaged, it takes forever to open and takes forever to take you up ⬆️ and down.

The stay was not pleasant due to a non-working elevator and given a room on the 5th floor. It was not pleasant to have to carry al of my belongs upon my arrival and carry everything down upon leaving.

I like the front desk staff

Air condition on the roof was hot. I had to buy a fan to finish my stay because they didn’t give me an option. Floor was dirty. It was raining so we had some water coming thru the window. Only one elevator working and it was slow. Staff was nice.

The stay was good. The hotel was very quiet. The elevator was really slow. Our room was clean and thank goodness we are not mess people because the room never got clean. We were there 3 nights.

It was clean and welcoming. The only issues that I have was the elevator was broken, and we had to use the stairs. When we did use the elevator, it didn't feel safe. The other issue was the bathroom light. When its turned on, you had to wait for it to get bright. We had to keep it on, so we didn’t have to wait. Everything else was great

Older property, but nice place to stay. Room was fairly spacious with both soft and firm pillows to choose from.

The property the was clean… staff was nice and professional. The elevator was very slow, felt like you can get stuck at any moment. The pool was out of order.

I have stayed here before however it seems ownership is really cheap. Pool was drained therefore not in service. Only 1 elevator was working and it was horrible (stopping at every floor rather someone was getting on or not). The room that I was in had chips in one of the beds (like tortilla chips). The shower curtian had stains all over it. The AC was set to 61 but not once did it get cold in that room. I stayed 4 nights and unfortunately unless they upgrade this hotel, I will not be back.

Don’t really have anything bad to say nice room and very clean

This hotel is really run down. They also didn’t come in to clean the room due to staff shortages. I had booked this hotel as I knew it would be really hot in Dallas and this hotel had a pool - however, the pool was dry 😩

I’m upset that even when I confirmed about the pool being open it was still closed. Elevators were poorly maintained, and at times very scary.

Nice facility. Clean. Maintained. Quick check-in. Breakfast ends at 9am. Been staying at several hotels lately, and this ranked as one of the highest in comfort, and cleanliness. We've stayed here before when they were in the middle of a makeover. Staff has been good both times.
