파리에서 만난 대부분의 사람들이 친절했지만, 특히 플로니드에뚜알 직원분들은 유독 더 따뜻하고 친절하셨습니다. 4일 동안 머무는 내내 침구와 화장실이 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 유지되었고, 환기도 잘돼서 숙소 특유의 답답함이 전혀 없어 좋았습니다. 편의성도 최고였는데요. 숙소 바로 옆(도보 1분 거리)에 마트가 있어 간단한 장을 보기 편했고, 도보 5분 거리에는 더 큰 마트가 있어서 없는 게 없을 정도였습니다. 게다가 주변에 맛집과 빵집이 많아 저녁 메뉴를 고민할 필요가 없었네요. 에펠탑과 개선문도 걸어서 10분 거리에 있어 관광하기에 위치가 정말 최적이었습니다. 숙소 바로 앞까지 우버도 매번 정확하게 잘 와서 이동할 때도 무척 편리했습니다. 위치, 서비스, 쾌적함, 편의성까지 모든 면에서 만족스러웠던 최고의 숙소입니다!

두번째 방문. 위치가 너무 좋아요. 바로 근처 카르프도 생겼어요. 따끈한 크로와상과 달콤한 과일도 사먹을수 있어요. 에펠탑 야경보기 정말 좋아요.

처음 숙소에 도착했을 때, 담당자의 환대는 정말 좋았습니다. 서투른 프랑스어에도 반갑게 맞아주셨고, 체크인도 편하게 진행할 수 있었습니다. 머무르는 4일 내내 모든 직원들이 친절하였고, 마지막에 인사한 담당자분은 한국어로 인사까지 해주셨어요. 주변에 에펠탑과 가깝고 이동하기에도 편한 위치에요. 근처 마트도 있어서 좋습니다.

위치랑 서비스는 괜찮았으나, 방에 개미가 있음.. 다행히 물지는 않음

처음 유럽으로 자유여행을 계획하고, 예약한 호텔이였어요. 직원들 친절하고, 특히 관광하고 돌아오면 너무나 깨끗하게 정리되어 있는 객실이 너무 맘에 들었어요. 감사합니다.

Friendly staff that helped get a room right away. Rooms are on the smaller side, AC isn’t strong. Great location.

Wonderful, wonderful hotel. The staff was kind and funny, rooms were clean, water pressure was incredible. Located near everything we wanted to see, easy access to the Metro so we could easily explore Paris, but still somehow very quiet at night. Highly recommend

The second week of July, we stayed here in a room with two beds. The ac was adequate and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was good and included a clothes line in the shower which was incredibly helpful! The rooms were cleaned every day which was helpful in that the tub didn’t get slippery as other places we stayed. The window in the bathroom offered enough light at night that you didn’t have to turn on a light. The shelf behind the toilet and sink were also very helpful! It had enough towel bars to hang toiletry bags. It was tight but we found room in the closet for packing cubes. We even crammed in a pizza box in the fridge one night. The electrical outlets were located by the bedside tables and light switches were accessible there too. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Allen who worked in the evenings was a gen of directions and recommendations. The morning staff were in training and did their job well. The lobby had comfortable seating and easy access if waiting for a car. We left the key each day as it was one less thing to keep up with. There were good restaurants nearby, Victor’s and Le Kleber. We walked to many places - maybe 25 minutes to Eiffel Tower and 45 to D’ Orsay. I’m very glad we stayed here in this quiet residential neighborhood!

The staff was kind and helpful, air conditioning strong, and breakfast good. It’s also very walkable.

Nested in the very nice 16e arrondissement, this hotel offers kind and helpful staff, a tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms (Paris size though), the Trocadero/Eiffel Tower (view) two blocks away, adjacent metro stations (Boissiere + Trocadero), restaurants galore in the area, even a monoprix two steps away (water or unforseen needs). Highly recommended property.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel for our first trip to Paris! Located in a great area, very close to many great restaurants, attractions and metro. Our room was lovely; clean and comfortable. The AC is VERY nice and cool for those staying in the summer months; never an issue with it. Staff very accommodating for extras not in the room (wine glasses, ice etc.). A special thanks to Armand - we loved our room with the balcony! Would 100% return to this hotel on future trips!

We booked two rooms, each with three beds: one double and one twin. However, the twin bed in one room resembled a hospital bed. The carpets in both rooms were heavily stained, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor in both. It felt as if the rooms had been converted to guest bedrooms as an afterthought, possibly former storage or laundry rooms, as they were located on the first floor, right behind the check-in desk. Additionally, hearts appeared on the mirror after the shower fogged up, and water pooled in one room of the bathroom because there was no glass or wall to contain it. The curtain didn't reach the floor. Absolutely, a joker set-up! Thankfully, it did eventually drain. We tried to limit our time spent in the rooms. While the hotel's location is convenient, there are better options in the area that we will consider for our next stay. I do not recommend this hotel for families traveling with young children.

Lovely low-key small hotel near Arc de Triomphe and Trocadéro. Friendly and extremely helpful staff.
