빌바오에서 서쪽에 위치해 있다는 후기를 예약하고 나서야 발견했는데 결과적으로 좋은 선택이었습니다. 주요 관광지와 거리가 가깝고 밤에 산책하기 좋은 안전한 공원도 주변에 많습니다. 방의 청결도와 서비스 모두 만족합니다.

객실이 1층 밖에 남지 않아서 머물렀는데, 식당층과 맞닿아있어서 약간 시끄러웠습니다. 비흡연자인 경우, 반드시 비흡연 객실을 원한다고 얘기해야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적으로는 깔끔하고, 버스터미널, 빌바오 미술관, 쇼핑센터와 걸어서 5-10분 내외이며, 아침식사도 만족스럽습니다.

객실은 컸고 침대는 다른 곳보다 1.5배는 컸다. 구겐하임까지는 도보로 15분 정도. 하지만 쇼핑 중심지까지는 30분 정도 떨어져 있다. 체크인 시간은 3시인데 11유로에 사전 체크인 가능.

Très sympathique hôtel un peu en dehors des quartiers touristiques. Chambres propres et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Staff professionnel et aimable. Bon petit-déjeuner.

La habitación es correcta, cuando llegamos había mucho olor a cigarro y lo solucionaron. Desayuno excelente. Cuando nos fuimos estaba la vuelta ciclista que pasaba por la puerta , no nos avisaron antes y tuvimos que ir caminando con las maletas hasta la central de buses y conseguir un taxi.

Fantastic breakfast options! Great room size for family stay. Easy location for getting around. Only slightly frustrating that I booked it on the basis it had parking but was told it was fully booked which we weren’t aware needed to be done, so had to drop luggage off and then find self-parking which was available close-by.

地下鉄の駅から近く、Ansioの国際会議場BECに行くのに便利でした。 部屋にあるコーヒーメーカーも重宝しました。 朝食はその場で焼いてくれるオムレツがとてもおいしかったです。 レストランでの夕食は、マグロのソテーが肉厚で絶品でした。 ジムも最低限の器具が揃っており、運動不足解消に良かったです。

Hotel is well situated on the Grand Via. Parking is ample. Service is questionable. Breakfast is way over priced for the quality. The biggest problem, however, is the room. The temperature in Bilbao was warm and the air conditioner was insufficient. Even after requesting, they keep turning off the air conditioner. Every time we leave the room. Given the air conditioner is poor, it never recovers from the buildup of heat. Even after calling the maintenance, they’re just acknowledge that their air conditioner is insufficient for the challenge. The room itself needs maintenance and touchup. The wallpaper is peeling, the baseboard is rotted. The doors are chipped. having stayed at other NH hotels, I am surprised and how poorly this one has been maintained.

Hotel molto comodo per visitare la parte nuova di Bilbao muovendosi a piedi. Parcheggio presso la struttura poco funzionale e caro. L hotel non è di recente costruzione e si nota. Difficile considerarlo un NH Collection se confrontato con altri della stessa definizione. Niente accappatoi né ciabattine di cortesia. Un po’ pochino per un collection. Camera con vista su un angusto cortile interno. Prezzo da NH Collection prestazioni da NH senza niente più.
