빌바오에서 서쪽에 위치해 있다는 후기를 예약하고 나서야 발견했는데 결과적으로 좋은 선택이었습니다. 주요 관광지와 거리가 가깝고 밤에 산책하기 좋은 안전한 공원도 주변에 많습니다. 방의 청결도와 서비스 모두 만족합니다.

객실이 1층 밖에 남지 않아서 머물렀는데, 식당층과 맞닿아있어서 약간 시끄러웠습니다. 비흡연자인 경우, 반드시 비흡연 객실을 원한다고 얘기해야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적으로는 깔끔하고, 버스터미널, 빌바오 미술관, 쇼핑센터와 걸어서 5-10분 내외이며, 아침식사도 만족스럽습니다.

객실은 컸고 침대는 다른 곳보다 1.5배는 컸다. 구겐하임까지는 도보로 15분 정도. 하지만 쇼핑 중심지까지는 30분 정도 떨어져 있다. 체크인 시간은 3시인데 11유로에 사전 체크인 가능.

I don’t have any complaints. Room was clean, spacious, A/C worked fantastic. I did a few items laundered and it was an insane price tag of over 130€ for less than a load of laundry. I would stay there again, unless I wanted to be more central to the old town.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kommt mit Bus und zu Fuß perfekt in die Gegend um das Guggenheim Museum und in die Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Zimmer sind großzügig und die Klimaanlage funktioniert wunderbar (wir hatten 40 grad). Alle Mitarbeiter/innen sind ausgesprochenen freundlich und hilfsbereit, geben gute Empfehlungen. Einzig im Bad gab es nur eine Badewanne, in die man mühsam einsteigen muss und leichte Anzeichen von Schimmel an der Glaswand und in den Ecken.

El aire acondicionado no es muy bueno, por para noche hace muchísimo calor y en la mañana mucho frío, se ve que el sistema que tienen de enfriamiento es muy lento y tarda muchas horas en enfriar

Not great compared with other NHCollection hotels. Lack of care & maintenance in lobby areas, toilets and bar. Dried up pintxos and still dried crossants at 4pm. No welcome items - empty cloche no water in the water jars by the welcome sign…. I have photos to prove this.

A well appointed 4 star hotel in central Bilbao. Secure parking available with electric car charging Excellent advice from a Guest services Manager on places to visit and use of the Metro - a great experience! Our room whilst good had a really noisy fridge - so much so we had to unplug it Great breakfast

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur gut, dass das Hotel über eine Tiefgarage verfügt, ansonsten ist eine Anreise mit PKW fast unmöglich. Zwar hatten wir eine Suite, aber das Fenster ging in einen dunklen Innenhof, da wollte man nicht aus dem Fenster sehen. Dadurch war das Zimmer auch am Tag duster und es Frank kaum Tageslicht ins Zimmer. Preis/Leistung passen hier leider nicht.
