빌바오에서 서쪽에 위치해 있다는 후기를 예약하고 나서야 발견했는데 결과적으로 좋은 선택이었습니다. 주요 관광지와 거리가 가깝고 밤에 산책하기 좋은 안전한 공원도 주변에 많습니다. 방의 청결도와 서비스 모두 만족합니다.

객실이 1층 밖에 남지 않아서 머물렀는데, 식당층과 맞닿아있어서 약간 시끄러웠습니다. 비흡연자인 경우, 반드시 비흡연 객실을 원한다고 얘기해야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적으로는 깔끔하고, 버스터미널, 빌바오 미술관, 쇼핑센터와 걸어서 5-10분 내외이며, 아침식사도 만족스럽습니다.

객실은 컸고 침대는 다른 곳보다 1.5배는 컸다. 구겐하임까지는 도보로 15분 정도. 하지만 쇼핑 중심지까지는 30분 정도 떨어져 있다. 체크인 시간은 3시인데 11유로에 사전 체크인 가능.

I had a medical emergency while staying here and I can not say enough about the staff and how well they looked after my family. I would consider no other hotels when coming back here. Truly fantastic.

Internet doesn't work, so you are forced to upgrade to their paid premium, if you want to use it. The rooms are very worn down and ours had a view into a small back alley, so there was no light coming in. The rooms are very badly lit, so it was pretty gloomy in there. Staff were nice, but really not somewhere I would ever return to.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW POSSIBLE hotel allowed Bunch of people to Party ALL NIGHT LONG in front of hotel sidewalk And make all that noise ALL NIGHT LONG TO 6 am Due that the hotel is next to a government building There are protest outside in the afternoon Causing more noise

Sentralt, rolig hotell, romslige rom med store, komfortable senger.

Room was spacious. Ned’s comfortable. Two twins pushed together. Bed linens tucked in very tight. Some days room serviced around 3. Other days am service. Had thermostat in room. 10c or 30c temperature seemed to come from anther system, Could get fresh air by window that did open a bit. Good water flow and temp. Good WiFi.

They turn off the AC and are absolute about turning back on. 4 star hotel should want their clients to be comfortable. Also when large groups stay there others can't eat at bar.

Room large. Hotel turns on heat at 7;30pm. Food is excellent. Good wine choices at fantastic prices. Immediate responses to any questions with a good solution.

La habitacion podria estar en mejores condiciones por el precio. En san sebastian la calidad de la habitacion fue muy superior .

I had a wonderful stay from October 14-23, 2025. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and amenities were good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The local cheeses and ham were very tasty. There was a nice variety of breads and rolls, as well as some lovely sweets. I loved the fact that I could brew my own tea. The hotel is in a great location. There is a beautiful park nearby. The Guggenheim Museum and Old Town are within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area with wonderful Pintxos. On the down side wifi was spotty. I like to watch international news, but broadcasting was spotty.

Très sympathique hôtel un peu en dehors des quartiers touristiques. Chambres propres et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Staff professionnel et aimable. Bon petit-déjeuner.
