네 방음도 안좋았습니다.

숙박 첫날 14000페소를 deposit 했고 호텔에서 사용한 금액은 6425 페소인데 아직 남은 돈을 돌려 받지 못했어요. 학인해서 가능한 빨리 해결해 주세요.

위치가 R1.2버스 출발점이어 좋았고 가성비 있는 호텔입니다 다음에 또 오고 싶은 호텔입니다 호텔존서는 맨 아래지만 공항도 우버로 쉽게 갈수 있습니다

The hotel was clean and a good place to stay for the few days that we were there. It's a little older but well maintained. Family friend. Cons: I hate how touristy Cancun has become. The concierge couldn't help you with any tickets for excursions without selling your their presentation. Food was sub par

Excellent time

Lo único que no me gusto de éste verano fue el sargazo pero que no dependió del hotel si no del mar. El hotel tiene buena ubicación para estar lejos del bullicio de Cancun. Un poco caro el costo de los alimentos. El resto muy bien.

El personal en general es muy muy atento en todas las áreas del hotel

I like the location near the airport, easy checkin, family friendly and beach access. The dining options were limited. I would have liked a breakfast and lunch buffet. I dined at the sports bar on two occasions as it was the only option during that time of day and their menu is very limited. I paid approximately $60 for two basic meals, cheviche, a pasta dish, one soda and one beer. The pasta did not come with bread or parmesan cheese and the chips for the ceviche were very hard/stale. The pool closed too early, at 8 pm, so we never got into the pool. We were also not allowed on the beach at night because the sea turtles were coming inland to lay their eggs, which is reasonable but the pool should hsve been open later to compensate. Staff was attentive, but the big resort prices are not justified.

Booked last minute after our flight was canceled. Great accommodations for our family of 5 (kids ranging from age 6 to 20). Private bedrooms in the villa with two bathrooms and full kitchen, plus balconies. Pools were fine too. Beach access easy (seaweed season so we just enjoyed the sand from afar). Friendly, helpful staff. Good food options on-site and close to strip.

Lo que se lleva las palmas en este hotel es el gran staff que tiene y la divinidad de playa. Todos y cada uno del staff saben su chamba, súper serviciales y siempre la mejor disposición para ayudarte y hacerte sentir especial. Y su playa es una delicia. Limpia, sin vendedores y casi casi que privada.
