Excellent location and great price Metro subway right next door, fast easy access to downtown Montreal If you don’t mind being outside of the downtown and not pay downtown hotel rates, this is the place to be!

The only thing would be that there were random hairs in the bathroom.

It was unbelievable that the staff provided us with a claw to secure our vehicle due to the high rate of theft of SUV’s in Montreal!

Staff was very helpful during our stay. The desk manager was able to change our dates with Expedia while we waited. We were very pleased!

The place isn't safe at all. Someone gave me a bar to lock the steering wheel of my car. Also, there was a door in the room that led to another room, and I couldn't really lock it securely from my side. I didn't feel safe at all.

Clean rooms and good location next to a metro station, mall and grocery store.

Someone told me that car thefts are common here, especially in the hotel area. The current security situation is very poor. I didn't stay there and left early. However, the hotel room was rather old in terms of decoration.

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars. The location was excellent just steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore Montréal. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the air conditioning. It kept the room cool, but it was very loud, especially every time it turned on during the night. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, updated rooms, and friendly service.
