It's cheap, but the facilities are a little bad, but it was good for a night

It was just right for what I needed. Light in bathroom did not work, but I forgot to tell them and I just used a lamp I had with me.

Not the cleanest. I also asked for a receipt for an unexpected $25 pet fee because it’s listed as pets stay for free, so I wanted to try and get refunded for the error through Expedia or motel 6. The owners started yelling at me and were extremely rude despite me being calm and friendly. They said only a few rooms are pet friendly. They do not list any pet friendly rooms on Expedia, so it seems like a $ trap and should not be listed as pets stay free. They ended up refunding me but were very rude and raising their voice, and would not let me explain or speak, which was overwhelming for a solo woman.

I came to stay here for 3 nights because the reviews on Hotels.com were not bad. Many Motel 6’s across the country are completely good stays. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I booked a King room, got 2 queens, not the end of the world, get to the room (non smoking room) and it reeked of cigarettes. Upon walking further into the room I noticed burn holes throughout all the bedding, bugs, filth all over the walls and curtains, stains everywhere etc. The door did not lock properly and did not have a latch or anything extra for safety. I ended up having to walk to a different hotel to see if they had any rooms available. Not to mention, the front desk staff, clearly a married couple, were extremely rude to me and unaccommodating. I asked for my money back and they did not want to give it to me. Additionally they said they couldn’t give me a refund or any money back because I stayed in the room. I did not, I only walked in, looked at the state of the room and left. I never write reviews but I couldnt not after everything that happened. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great location! Cleanliness was the major downside. The curtains were covered in dust especially the top half. Bathtub clears slow.

Room looked recently renovated and just like the pictures on the site. Rooms were clean and check-in & check-out was a breeze. There was sufficient parking.

Parking was good and accessible. It’s a 65$ a night motel so it’s to be expected that it wont be a Hilton hotel. Staff super nice but the room had weird yellowish blood stains on the tub. Woke up next day to find a cockroach staring at me on the bed. Surprisingly I haven’t seen and bed bugs but room was really dirty in general. Also sketchy people always outside so don’t keep valuables in your car.

This is our second time staying, we travel every year for our boys fishing trip. It's nice to be able to park our truck and boat at the door. Very clean rooms and staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Room is not clean. Staff mentioned room service was available every day. None was provided.

A decent place for overnight stay, clean and well kept.

Ac/heater unit was very loud. Not able to sleep well. No cleaning, no sheets/towels changed in 6 days i stayed there. I cheaped out to save 10 dollars a day when i shouldve gone to a different hotel.

So, my family and I stayed there for the week, I picked this motel because it was the safest and cleanest considering the price. Don't expect much when staying in a motel in Windsor ANYWHERE ! ... But, I will recommend this to anyone if they are looking for something cheap and fairly comfortable. You will not find no motel better. The only other one I would have considered and that's it, was the Royale Inn downt the street. As far as cleanliness though my husband and I had to clean everything, also brought all of our own blankets and pillows, towels ect. But I find all motels when there cleaned by the owners are definitely surface cleaners. All in all we were comfortable, it's was quiet and the owners were respectful and accommodating. Thanks 😌

We didn't stay i was sick and I didn't even get a refund the front desk lady was horrible

The bathroom light did not work and the room smelled. They wouldn’t move me because they said they had no more pet rooms available. The place was almost empty. Very disappointing
