바르셀로나 첫날을 이 호텔에서 보냈어요. 창문을 열고 닫기가 너무 힘들었습니다. 침대는 스프링 소리가 너무 많이 날 정도로 오래된거 아닌가 하는 생각이 들었어요.. 오래된 호텔이라 이해하면서 묵었긴 했지만 그거에 비해 너무 비싸다는 생각이 들었어요. 바르셀로나 호텔 가격들이 너무 비싸기 때문에 어쩔수없이 이 호텔을 고려하고 있는 여행객들이 있다면 하루 정도 묵는게 가장 좋은 선택일것 같습니다.

On our first night we were woken up to a fire alarm which was accidently set by staff. No apologies or details were given. We had to find out from other guests what’s happening. There was no fire alarm going off in our room, we heard the noise from the hallway which was very faint. Overall bathroom felt old, it was uncomfortable to have a shower as water dripped everywhere. Staff was kind in most situations. The hotel looked stunning and excellent for photos.

The Ramblas area is in the middle of things. All the area construction though created some inconveniences.

Our First August stay was ultra nice. Again the young front desk Lady was Superb. (You know who she is). She has excellent customer service and people skills. She set the tone; and the nice spacious room and the never tiring Las Ramblas view, did the rest. Will definitely return. Convenient to Airport, Cruise Terminal, Shopping, Dining, Sights and People Watching. Bravo !

My keycarda had to be replaced multiple times, they were never near anything magnetic but still kept failing. The room can get noisy because its proximity to La Rambla, and the buikdinf shakes when the metro passes by underground.

Excellent staff. Especially the nice young Lady, at the front check-in desk (you know she is) who was ultra helpful. Total professional, polite and personality plus. She is a gem. Rooms (stayed 2 times - Aug and Sept) were both nice, very clean and very quiet. As usual, the hotel is gorgeous; and just love being there and the whole ambiance. For the first time, ate dinner right out front - and that was a treat. Were treated like loyalty, safe, fun good food and drinks ! Even bought a couple nice things from some courteous vendors. All round excellent stays. Well done. Would easily book again. Kinda a home away from home . . . . Thank You.

I stay here every time I get to Barcelona and get the room that opens into Las Ramblas. When you open the door, you hear the beauty of it all until you close the door and hear nothing. You are centrally located for Barcelona and located right in the subway line making it an easy home base to all. Hotel is beautiful and beds are really comfortable

Top Lage direkt an der Rambla. Eindrucksvolle Lobby. Zimmer okay, Frühstück gut!

Air conditioning failure during the last two days of our stay. Alternative provided was sub standard. They gave us a couple of fans but still not enough to keep the heat out.

Near open air food market so convenient. Lots of construction and noisy at night but great central location able to walk everywhere. Hotel staff great. Bfast was expensive but convenient.

Overall amazing experience; perfect location, nice room and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and supportive

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. I didn’t receive the things I needed, and overall the experience was not great. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was fine, the lobby is beautiful but my main gripe was that the A/C in the room cannot be adjusted. They claim it changes but it does not, most days the room was between 23-26 degree celsius.

El hotel esta un poco viejo y lo que les afecta es que La calle de las Ramblas esta en construcción y hay mucho polvo y ruido. Esta bien ubicado y el personal muy amable el detalle de que tienen Agua natural y agua mineral disponble todo el tiempo es maravilloso

Excellent location on Ramblas. Can walk to port or towards town. Loved the room on 4th floor with balcony on Ramblas. Beautiful lobby. Great staff! Clean and always freshened up room. Definitely happy there!
