Un hôtel bien situé sur Copacabana, style moderne avec personnel hyper orienté client. J ai eu problème avec un oubli de sacoche dans un taxi. Rafael de l accueil s’est investi jusqu’à régler mon problème . Merci

The Mercure Rio Boutique Hotel Copacabana has an incredible sense of style and a warm, welcoming team that made my stay unforgettable. My oceanfront room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views of Copacabana Beach. With a delicious breakfast each morning and a prime location in the heart of Rio, it was the perfect home base for exploring the city!

First time in Rio de Janeiro and its the first of many visits, we loved it. The hotel is in a perfect location center of Copacabana where you can walk to either side and have endless options of bars or restaurants to choose from. The staff on site amazing and eager to help. The rooms with a side view of Copacabana worth it! Unfortunetly the A/C is old and doesnt work properly it was warm most of the time its so old they have it working on a Universal Remote, plus needed some cleaning on the vents. The shower needed some looking after but other than that the Hotel is worth another try and for sure would recommend.

Excellent people working, variety of breakfast options, excellent location, good size room. The only downside is AC. I was not able to switch it off. It covered in thick layer of dust and makes room smell of damp.

Just great

Great location. They should change the sheets and towels when cleaning the room. The shower didn't have hot water. Great options to eat and shop that you could just walk to. The beach is right in front with a lot of activities, music, and vendors around. Safe environment as well.

Like the cute boutique hotel. Front desk is nice and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding location. Helpful staff. Good Breakfast.will come back again.
