Clean, quick check in and staff are welcoming and very friendly

Felt a little unsafe as it was just 2 females

I liked the room because it was neat & tidy. The place was newly renovated when we went there. I loved their breakfast, there were variety of foods. The only thing negative was their AC at our room was not functioning well, which made our kids sweat while sleeping. The room was just not cool enough inspite adjusting with the control. I think rooms should be checked first if everything is functioning well before it gets occupied.

The hotel was beautiful, CLEAN, and the staff was so nice! We stayed in a pet room and loved it

The continental breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Noisy in room, next to highway, barn door for bathroom so limited noise privacy. Very spacious and updated room.

Road noise from i25 unbearably loud. Windiws in building are shot!

You are staying in an industrial area so not many options around. Please be aware this is now a Holliday Inn and it feels like a brand new hotel, so rooms and amenities are great! Please ignore previous low ratings from Comfort Inn. Advise to hotel: update your details on Google Maps, as currently it still lists as Comfort Inn and lists it as permanently closed.

its a Holiday Inn - so it was misleading. I was given a room facing the highway and it was incredibly load. my first thought was, the window is open, but it was just bad windows. i heard the noise from the highway despite using ear plugs

Bad area...was concerned at 1st. Also couldn't find the entrance, as there was no signage. It was Central Inn, then Comfort Inn, and now Holiday Inn Express. They've been doing non-stop clean up and fix up for days now that's Holiday Inn. It's not bad now that the 12 hour days of construction have been completed.

Location to airport is good. Breakfast room large, good selection of hot foods & cereals. Employees nice at breakfast room; not so friendly at the front desk, one of the most important area of a hotel where the guests make the first contact.

Son was treated very poorly checking in also in the morning there was no breakfast served as it stated in the advertisement. I would never rent this hotel if there was no breakfast for four people traveling from Dallas to Helena, Montana.

A nicely renovated property & a great toom.

Stay was nice just wish the hotel was fixed and cleaned up before we came and stay but we were glad we had a place to stay and eat breakfast

Under construction, sharp metal edges at foor fram base into the bathroom broken tiles looked as if they tried to repair but failed traffic noise was loud like having the window open

Undergoing renovations
