호텔 리노베이션이 아직까지 진행중이어서 외관이 보기 좋지는 않았습니다. 분명 리노베이션이 끝난걸로 공지가 되어있었는데 아쉽네요.. 그리고 버스터미널에서 찾아갈때 구글에서 이상하게 알려줘서 험한 계단길을 큰 케리어를 끌고 힘들게 와야했습니다. 오는길 설명을 잘 공지해주셔야 할것 같습니다. 특히 리프트...호텔바로옆에 있어서 50센트 주고 이용했는데 미들까지만 가는 거였더군요... 짐이 많았는데 프론트에서 바로옆 리프트를 이용하라고 해서 했다가 계단 올라가는데 힘들었습니다...

해변이 바라보이는 멋진 곳에 위치한 이 호텔은 정말 좋았습니다. 추천합니다. 조식도 훌륭했고 직원들도 친절했으며, 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다.

청소 관리 상태가 좋지 않었습니다. 욕실의 세면용품 놓는곳에 먼지가 많이 쌓여있었고 벌레들도 있었습니다. 바닷가 바로 앞이어서 전망과 바다 접근성은 좋습니다.

Good hotel with acceptable food quality

What an absolutely lovely hotel! I had some mixed reviews on the internet about this hotel, but I will tell you disregard all of them and not hesitate to book your holiday here. The hotel is clean, tidy, the staff are so lovely and kind. I speak some Spanish and the lady at the front desk spoke to me slowly and clearly which I really appreciated. We had a sea view room and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a very comfy bed, a spacious bathroom. The room also comes with a safe and there is a decent amount of storage space. The beach is a 2min walk just across the road. There are so many restaurants nearby, I would strongly recommend Nacho Bell which is about a 5min walk. The rooftop pool is lovely and a great addition to the hotel. The breakfast is incredible, there is so much variety, there is something for everyone, including non dairy milks and yoghurts which I appreciated. Thank you to Melia Costa Del Sol for their excellent hospitality!

Overall a very good hotel, excellent rooms, housekeeping, front desk, activity areas. The beds have good quality memory foam mattresses - quite firm - I know that very personal, and was to my taste. The rooms even when the hotel are quiet. For me the breakfast, though comprehensive and looks great lacked ingredient's quality, the bread was tasteless and scrambled eggs were almost cold and also very bland. I thought for the cost per night (€270) this let the hotel down. I did try the breakfast again on a second occasion but had a similar experience so ended up eating breakfast at one of the beach front restaurants.

Misleading advertisement, they claimed three pools, but in fact, you have access to 2 you have to pay for a whole other category to access the third. Buffet was like a seniors camp cafeteria again if you pay more, you can upgrade to better amenities, misleading booking online items like Netflix or advertised, but don’t work. Construction in the hotel next-door so you hear the drilling in the morning.

Best breakfast in the world! Nice view of beach. Very convenient to walking and dining.

Attention, réserver une chambre avec "vue mer" signifie en réalité qu'il faut se pencher depuis le balcon pour voir un morceau de mer. C'est hyper trompeur, alors portant que les prix sont élevés. Par ailleurs la nourriture est vraiment fade de chez fade, et ne varie pas. Enfin j'ai trouvé que les responsables ne sont pas très respectueux du client. En bref, le prix payé ne correspond ni à un 4 étoiles ni aux prestations promises. Je suis très très déçu de cette chaîne d'hôtels qui a portant bonne réputation.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a wonderful experience. I love the pool on the roof deck all the restaurants and walking distance. The staff was exceptional. Great spot.

Alles rundherum perfekt

My rooms shower glass door was not opening and my phone in my room had no dial tone. After going down to the lobby twice to have repair man come it took an hour for him to arrive and he fixed the shower door but not the phone. Anytime I had an inquiry I had to go back to the lobby to ask. Half the staff at the front desk don’t smile or welcome questions. Food is mediocre, only thing food is the size of the room and location for beach use.

The place was nice, the food unfortunately was not very bland stuff and for the price for half board seriously isn’t worth it. I went for a week and on day 2/3 got food poisoning form the hotel food. Spoke to the front desk and didn’t really do anything about it. Even when leaving they never asked me how was my stay nothing. Some staff members we nice but as an overall trip I didn’t enjoy the stay at all and thought it was incredibly over priced.

The rooms are much too small.

This is an amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and views, a spectacular rooftop pool with lunch served as well as a full bar. This hotel is SPOTLESS!! My only issue here was trying to get laundry service. Apparently I filled the form out wrong so they wouldn’t take my laundry. I had to redo the form. ( me and my roommate) apparently filled it out wrong AGAIN because there’s a section for male and female! Then I got a call to clarify with I wanted to!! 1.5 days later I got laundry!
