방음이 되지 않아 옆 객실의 일상적인 대화나 걸어 다니는 소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었고, 모기가 있고 개미가 수백마리씩 모여있어 공포를 느꼈다. 직원들은 전혀 친절하지 않았고 실수해도 사과할 줄 몰랐다. 최악의 날들 이었다.

Perfect. I will visit again. Clean. Good location. Lovely breakfast. All staffs are kind. Air condition and wifi are perfect.

It was very nice experience in this hotel. It was clean and well followed protocol of COVID19. It takes 20 minute to get to center of city by walk.

Arrived the first day, the a/c wasn't working too well and the bathroom sink was clogged. Called the front desk and the technician came. Said the a/c would take about 5-10 mins to get going and he said he fixed the sink. The sink was still clogged and the a/c was minimal at best. They said there weren't any empty rooms until the next day so they brought us a fan. We moved to another bedroom the next day, the a/c was slightly better, the bathroom sink took ages to drain and the wifi didn't work!! We had to use our own wifi system. When they asked us whether we were happy w/ our stay when we checked out, I said that it was unsatisfactory but that didn't faze them at all. Loved Valencia but won't be going back to that hotel!!

El personal muy amable

Reception staff were friendly and efficient, additionally offering help after we got back from the holiday as we had accidentally left an item in the room. The pool area was nice, not as luxurious as it may come across in photos but had a good view and ample seating. Location was good, about halfway between the Old Town and the beach, with good bus links to both.

No me gustó para nada el hotel muy viejo y descuidado en el aspecto de la limpieza y tenía un olor como a humedad

Excellent hotel, clean and fresh and an excellent breakfast bar too. Great value. The only issues were that for a hotel with many floors it only had 3 fairly small lifts. Also the pool had no shade.

Vale la pena por su ubicación y cercanía al Oceanográfico y el Centro de Valencia!

Muy bien ubicado

Voor 3 personen ruime en schone kamer. In mei was het al heet, maar volgens het personeel nog geen zomer. Daarom geen werkende airco en het zwembad gesloten. Iets dat ik graag had geweten voorafgaand aan het boeken. Verders niets dan positief. Goed aan te reizen en mooi uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de stad. Zou zeker nog een keer kunnen verblijven hier.

Air conditioning was off and rooms were hot and uncomfortable to sleep like this. It would off be ok if we could of control it our selves, couldn't hardly sleep like that
