The pool closed due to someone poopin in it. Than front desk told us breakfast was included it was not.

Trip to visit relatives. Only at hotel in the evenings. Carpets in public areas stained and musty. Breakfast was extra and rather expensive for what they were offering. Single yogurt $4.50. The hotel was ok for what we needed, but would look for better place next time.

No sheets on pull out sofa and blood stain on pull out sofa bed. Don’t think we will be back.

The Sonesta has always been dependable, friendly people, but the carpets really need to be cleaned and the place really needs to be updated.

Room was nice, wish there was a menu in room with breakfast options with prices and hours

This was a fun stay while our house had repairs completed. The room was good just the hallways, staircases all need updated carpet, cleaned more. Out bathroom also needs a working fan and to be updated too. However Steven at the front desk was accommodating and kind when we needed some help with parking.

The stay was well needed and couldn’t have felt anymore like home! The staff are all wonderful but want to especially make known Sally was my absolute favorite and most helpful throughout my entire stay she definitely deserves a promotion/raise that’s for sure!

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and never once left a review—until now. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at — avoid at all costs! The room had a terrible smell, so I asked for cleaning service, but they told me it wasn’t available because it was the weekend. Funny enough, I saw cleaning staff in the morning! I travel frequently for my kid’s tournaments and have stayed at countless hotels — this was by far one of the worst. Terrible service, unacceptable conditions. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere If you don’t want to experience racism, stay far away from this place

There was a large number of unsupervised minors in the common areas which made them difficult to use. The hot tub was empty and out of service and the pool was quite busy. The room was nice and bathroom was clean.

Just a fair stay, lots of kids yelling and running around till late at night. The pool bottom was dirty and the spa jacuzzi was empty with no water. The breakfast items advertised were not available. Dirty towels thrown around the grass areas and patio, left over the whole weekend. We appreciate one of the helpful desk clerks, she accommodated our medical needs. As one clerk could not be bothered to tell us where bulk trash could be thrown, as we like to police up after ourselves.

2 night stay, We were assigned 2 rooms on the 1st floor the water in both showers reached up to our ankles. Needles to say we did not use the shower the second day and the room house keeping was not done. The second room had water come up through the shower drain when flushing the toliet. Rooms have a very musty smell from old carpet. I would not stay here or ask for higher floor.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and decor, and the guest service was absolutely spot on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I really like my stay, I’m enjoy with my kids the pool

It was a big crew of people with kids that play hockey. It was 12 o’clock at night and the kids were running all over the hallways, knocking on the doors. They didn’t have no respect at all. Nobody could’ve walked in the whole way they were laying on the floor with the hockey sticks, thinking that was a park. The hotel crew tried to talk to them. They didn’t listen. It was terrible.
