Lots to like about this hotel. Been staying here for many years and they haven’t dropped off in service at all. Rooms are clean. Property is safe. Staff is friendly. Only negative I experienced was the barking dog. I guess the owners thought it was ok to leave the dog alone in the room? Other than that this is a great hotel. Love the ducks!

Staff were the best part. Every encounter was friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again. Our fur babies were absolutely welcomed, too.

This place was great and very central! We had a pet friendly room it was perfect, there was a bit of a urine smell near our sink but I think thats to be expected in a pet room. They had a bit grass area for pets. It was central to most things and the staff was super friendly. Wed stau here again

Good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Only issue was the water in the shower. It was either freezing cold or too hot. Otherwise, my stay was great!

We had a wonderful sleep. We were able to park right near the room. But the room was a little dark in design. It was well kept but a little dated. And no breakfast included.

Clean and functional.

Was there for my kids football tournament and all the parents stayed here. The motel is what it is, wasn’t expecting much, but my room which I booked a suite seemed like the same size as a normal room, and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great hotel, really liked the separate bedroom idea. Very clean with lots of parking and dining options nearby. The only downside was the constant traffic noise all night. But definitely would stay again.

This hotel is in a great area however it is quite pricy for Kamloops. The rooms are very loud we could hear our neighbours tv all evening this may not be a good idea for those traveling for work. Otherwise the property was very clean and accommodating as we were traveling with our two animals

I like: the levity of the ducks/cleanliness of the room/firmness of the mattress/ease of check in&out/ pictures in the room/quietness of the room (3rd floor)/parking availability/lighting under the bed, reading lights/plenty of hot water/coffee in lobby/ free bicycles use/given the front suite door exposure to the public appreciated the door opening limitation fixture. Potential improvements: we did not use the kitchen appliances provided. Did use the fridge./adaquate bathroom. Very pleased with room. Thank you

Loved it here! It was quiet, very nicely updated rooms, beds were super comfy (by far one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in). The outdoor pool is a great bonus feature. Super convenient location. Absolutely will stay here again!

Carpet is showing its age. Toilet was constantly running (bad seal?). Sheets were clean, warm, and comfy. Bathroom was expertly cleaned. Appearance inside room was simple, pleasant, and clean. Parking was very ample as we were on the first floor with gear to bring inside and we managed to park right outside our door making trips short and sweet.
