Great stay. Stayed here multiple times. Easy to get to. Parking lot is easy to maneuver.

The first room they gave us wasn't ready. They gave us a new room and it was very clean and ready for us.

Staff were friendly, everything was clean and neat, coffee and cookie jar at the desk, breakfast was great. Great value

I suppose the photos seemed as if they falsified the hotel as a whole. Absolutely nothing about the hotel was like the photos I looked through when choosing my room etc. when entering my first room I wondered at what point you had to start renovating rooms in a hotel for people health concerns. The mold growing on the windows, the cracks in the bath tub, the musty smell coming from the fan blowing?!? I asked to move rooms, only to get a less cracked tub, and better smelling fan…the mold still included. I not picky about where I stay but when paying over $100 I expect at least clean and something I saw in the photos!

Room was clean - bathroom fixtures need replacing but the bed and quilt top was comfortable.

Staff professional and friendly

The front desk staff member was pleasant and accommodating. The room size was very good as it was a suite, bed sheets etc were nice but the room is in need of a refurbish and deep clean. We did appreciate no carpet in the room so the floors were clean. The hallways and stairs just need a good vacuum. The breakfast was well…typical hotel breakfast, no better than that. We grabbed a coffee and left. But a person would be fine with the offers of boiled eggs, yogurt, pancake and waffle machine. Even though the price was reasonable, I’d look at other options before staying here again. We did appreciate the option to plug in our car. Was pleasantly surprised our cord was still there in the morning.

Room was just okay, floor was dirty when we arrived. Only one easily accessible electrical outlet in the bedroom and that was in the lamp between the beds. There was one behind each bed but still not enough for the lamp, phone charger, and cpap machine. I always travel with an electrical splitter because of this.

The beds smelled like the sheets had not been washed and there was someone elses hair in the bed. So it looked like the sheets had not been changed

No hot water both days for showers or baths. Even tried sending me to other rooms and no hot water there either. Also sink drains and bath drains need cleaning. Both were backing up

We have stayed there several times. All was the same as previous visits except for one thing. I am nursing a groin injury and was expecting a hot bath at the end of day which eases the pain, however, no matter how long I ran the water all I could get was luke warm to cold water so it was impossible to have a bath, which greatly disappointed me.

The room was clean and looked newly painted. Beds were good, like the improvements with soap and shampoo dispensers. Over good experience

Room was clean, quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
