옆 방에 개가 짖어대서 잠을 완전 설쳤어요 불면증때문에 조용한방 특별요청 했는데 바로옆방에 짖는개가있는 방 허락한게 이해할수 없었고 더군다나 저희가 방을 옮겨야해서너무실망

I made a reservation in advance for three people, but the slippers and other items were not set up for three people. The cleaning conditions seemed to vary depending on the cleaner, and the back of the TV seemed to be cleaning only the places that were seen because there was a lot of dust. It would be nice to add cleaning-related information to the manual. Other than that, it was good that the request was reflected immediately, and I was happy that the doorman at the entrance welcomed me The front desk wasn't as welcoming as I thought. 깨끗하고 친절하고 식사도 좋았습니다 직원분들도 최선을 다한 모습 보기 좋았구요 주변부대시설 체크인아웃 할때 대응하는것도 만족스럽네요

출장으로 갔는데 Ritz답게 청결한 호텔, 샌프란특징상 주차비가 비싸고

위치도 그리고 호텔 직원들이 정말 일류였습니다 친절도나 세심함 그리고 호텔 분위기도 초일류였으나 샤워헤드의 물세기가 너무도 너무도 약했습니다. 샤워가 불가능할 정도로요. 그 점 빼곤 완벽합니다

언덕에 위치해있지만 SF시내 접근성이 좋고 근처 대충교통도 불편하지 않게 이용할 수 있음. 지나치게 현대적인 것보다 좀더 traditional한 분위기를 좋아하는 사람들에게 추천할만한 호텔임. 전체적으로 친절하고 객실도 청결하여 좋았음.

The location was excellent and it's quiet around the hotel to have a good night sleep. Had a fresh and tasty breakfast on the lobby floor cafe. However, the room condition was surprisingly disappointing- the lights went out suddenly and wouldn't turn on often and the water didn't drain fully during the shower. It was more disappointing that some of the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They failed to provide many services that I would expect for a five star hotel.

It's an Okay property. Extremely overpriced. You are paying strictly for the name.

Terrible experience with check in and check out. Gave me a 2 start motel vibes. System is down…. They can’t take payment. Ask me to go back. The next person has no idea what happened. Misunderstands me 3 times. No one could give a restaurant recommendation. They passed along a message to concierge whom never called.
