위치 숙박 다 좋은데 가격이 비싼건 아쉽습니다.

정말 친절하고, 깨끗하고, 따뜻하게 머물다 왔습니다. 콘체르트하우스 공연장과도 매우 가까워, 공연 관람시 매우 편리했습니다. 매우 추천하는 숙소입니다.

깨끗하고 교통이 편함.

Good location. Best cleanliness. Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast with various dishes. Flexibility in check-in hours -- I was able to get an early check-in. Only thing I didn't like was the glass covering only half of the shower booth which made the water splash and spill to wet most part of the bathroom floor. Though it dried quickly, it would have been nicer to have had a glass door.

Good area but floor not clean in bedroom, missed face towels,coffee & milk some days, noisy in the morning bumps & bangs & the sound of furniture being moved around.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Super Lage. Wahnsinnsfrühstück. Schöne Zimmer. Man sollte aber mal neu streichen und dabei Leisten anbringen gegen die Koffer- Spuren an den Wänden...

Das Konzerthaus-Hotel liegt zentral und verfügt über einen erstklassigen Service. Das Frühstück ist unübertreffbar und eines 5-Sterne-Hotels würdig. Der Zustand der sehr beengten Zimmer könnte verbessert werden, indem man nach jeder Saison die Wände neu streichen würde: Hier waren viele Kratzer ein optisches Minus. Auch die Schränke und Kleideraufbewahrung waren zu minimalistisch. Aber insgesamt eines der besseren und empfehlenswerteren Hotels in Wien !

Very nice hotel in a great location!

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnet Lage. Mitarbeiter alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstück ausgezeichnet, allerdings nur sehr bröcklige Brötchen und Brot. Sehr schlechte Zimmer für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Enge Betten mit durchgelegnen Matrazen. Betten verschieben sich bei Bewegung. Als Zweibettzimmer unmöglich. Da wir sie Einzelzimmer genutzt haben erträglich. Wahrscheinlich bekommt man schlechtere Zimmer, wenn man günstiger über Expedia bucht. Bis Betten, die dem heutigen Standard entsprechen, ein Hotel, das man empfehlen kann, da Lage, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit überwiegen.

The hotel was lovely and my wife and I would happily stay there again. The room was big and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and the city map I got from reception was the best of all of them I had obtained and we used it every day. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety and could not be faulted. There were hardly any restaurants or cafes in the vicinity and you have to cross a lot of busy roads to get to them.

This hotel was perfect. Right across from the Konzerthaus. The breakfast buffet, which was included, was one of the best I’ve seen.

I had a great stay here. The hotel is really close to Karlskirche, which is fabulous, and to Belvedere. Shops and cafes close by too. The staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly. Only downside is the breakfasts and other meals are very expensive.

The hotel was very stylish, clean and convenient. You had to walk a few (3-4) blocks for restaurants but that wasn’t bad. Most of the things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance. I’d definitely stay there again.
