이메일과 체크인때 가격을ㅇ상승한것으로 청구해서 의아했습니다. 비싼가격이라고 문제제기를 하니까 그제서야 제대로된 청구서를 주네요

위치가 너무 좋았어요. 시내에서 돌아다니다가 잠깐 짐 내려 놓으러 가기도 좋고 호텔에서 쉬다 밤에 나와서 돌아다니기에도 좋고 호텔 시설, 조식, 서비스 모든면에서 완벽했어요

직원분들 친절하시고, 식사 맛있고, 깨끗하고, 시설도 훌륭하였습니다. 다만 조금 추웠습니다. 냉장고도 살짝 아쉽구요~ 3일동안 좋은 경험 만들어주셔서 감사드렸습니다. 호텔문제는 아니지만, 제가 간 1월 22-24일에 도로 공사가 한참이더라구요~캐리어 끌고 다니기 좀 힘들었고, 살짝 정신없고, 시끄러웠습니다~그거 말고는 모두 좋았습니다.

신혼여행 중에 네덜란드를 잠깐 갔습니다. 파리에서 놀다가 갔는데 파리는 아무것도 생각 나지 않을 정도로 너무 친절하신 직원분들과 깔끔하고 조용한 방 그리고 가장 좋았던건 지금 먹고 있는 조식입니다. 조식이 너무 맛있어서 먹다말고 리뷰남겨야 겠다는 생각이 들었습니다.

This hotel has a cool vibe but the rooms are incredibly small with no bedside tables or places to put anything. The bathroom is open with glass walls which does not allow for any privacy. I would not stay here again for these reasons.

We left an item in the bathroom we greatly needed but couldn’t get staff to answer call or email. Would pay to ship it.

Nice place, has been recently remodeled with a modern industrial type vibe. Very close to the center of Amsterdam and all It has to offer while being quiet at night. Easy to walk to everything from the hotel. I didn’t get a chance to have dinner there but we sat down for breakfast and it was very good. I recommend staying there.

I stayed at this lovely Art Deco-style hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly, fun, and professional, and the whole place had a great atmosphere, even the lobby smelled amazing! The decor was stylish, and there was free water available downstairs, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent; walkable to Central Station and close to lots of tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring Amsterdam. I also felt safe at night thanks to secure entry at the front door. The room was on the smaller side, which is typical for Amsterdam, and there was no separate bathroom; the shower and toilet are part of the room with no divide, so sharing with friends is definitely an intimate setup. But if you’re okay with that, it’s a fantastic spot for a short, stylish stay in the city.

I pride myself on writing quality reviews—and this one is no different. This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. PERFECT LOCATION: Minutes from the main Square, a short 7-minute walk to Grand Central Station, steps from our walking tour meetup, and so many food options nearby. You will not be disappointed. It’s even just minutes away from the location where Anne Frank and her family were taken—such a powerful piece of history right outside the door. Simply a perfect location. COMFORT & SERVICE: The beds were so comfortable—some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. The staff? Impeccable. Friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. FOOD & DINING: The on-site restaurant was phenomenal. You can even see the Chef prepare your food, which adds such a nice touch. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and had a wide variety of choices. I could go on and on about the positives! ⸻ Room for Improvement (Just Being Honest): • Towels: A bit rough on the skin, though large and functional. Not a dealbreaker. • Surroundings: The smell of marijuana is unfortunately hard to avoid around the city. It’s part of Amsterdam and outside the hotel’s control—but worth mentioning for travelers sensitive to it. Again, this won’t deter me from returning. All in all, an incredible stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

Good location, great friendly staff but the lobby and gym could use a bit of improvement. Decor is a bit dark for my taste.

Cute boutique property. Room was very clean and tidy. Great location - could walk anywhere. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the elevators are absolutely tiny-will request a low floor room if ever staying there again.

The property was perfectly situated for walkability all around Amsterdam. Because it is in the center of the city, it can take a longer time to get out of town to the airport or windmills, so do plan accordingly. The area is extremely safe and minutes away from canal tours, the red light district, world class shopping, and so many eateries! I will definitely check this place first on my next trip back to the Netherlands.

This was the second time we stayed at INK. The location is great! The staff is so helpful. We enjoy the bar. Great location for moving around the city. Walkable to all major attractions. Quite at night.

I'm an autistic adult with a love and special interest in books and the nature of writing. A few years ago my partner booked INK for us during a bad time in my life and when we decided to go back to Amsterdam now I'm doing better I was determined to come back to INK because the atmosphere of the hotel was familiar and also fits my personality. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit with little issues and our room was incredibly comfortable and well appointed. The staff were delightful and breakfast was brilliant, lots of options.
