가성비 좋은 호텔이에요. 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다^^

발렌시아 수족관 근처의 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 시설이 조금 낡았지만 관리가 되는 편이고 넓고 편안합니다. 근처에 엘 코르테 잉글스 백화점도 가깝고 에어컨도 잘 작동합니다.

Everything was great

Very good experience overall. Clean room and staff was professional and courteous. The area located is far from the historic district but it is a walkable distance to the metro. The room servicing was good. The bathroom was nice with a tub included, as well as shampoo and bath gel. There is laundry service for a fee. Overall a good experience.

Wir hatten ein wirklich riesiges Familienzimmer (Zimmer 401) mit 3 Toiletten, 2 Duschen, 2 Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer. Wirklich unglaublich groß. Ansonsten etwas altmodisch. Super Lage wenn man zum Ozeanium gehen will. Sehr nettes Personal. Eigene Tiefgarage, wenn auch etwas eng.

The room was clean, towels were replaced daily, a little noise as our room was near the bank of lifts. The water taps were a struggle, soap dispensers dis-functional, warm towel rail not working, bathroom extractor fan not working, wi-fi useless. Black tea/coffee/milk not provided.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom on our second day. We were moved to another room after informing reception, but then there was pubic hair in the bathtub drain in the new room. Very poor cleanliness. The only good things were the very comfortable beds and the location.

Normales Hotel, welches langsam eine Renovierung vertragen könnte, dafür preislich gut. Gut mit dem Bus und der Metro zu erreichen, freundliches Personal, Zimmer aber teilweise hellhörig. Es werden leider keine Strandtücher ausgeliehen.

Hotel situato a metà strada tra il centro città e la spiaggia (entrambi raggiungibili con bus). Colazione molto buona. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Se a buon prezzo, può essere una buona opzione per soggiornare a Valencia.

We arrived at the hotel without a prior booking. I asked at reception for the rate for two adults and a child for the night. I was given a price, but after parking the car and returning to check in, I was told the rate had increased because it apparently only applied to two adults. I am certain I had clearly requested the rate for two adults and a child. At that point, we had already parked and unloaded our luggage, so despite the confusion, we went ahead and paid the new rate. What I found especially disappointing was the lack of any apology or acknowledgment that there may have been a misunderstanding. Instead, the staff member chose to lecture me, saying, “Of course the price is higher for three people — a child doesn’t stay for free in a hotel!” This interaction left a poor impression, not because of the price difference, but because of the dismissive and condescending tone. A little understanding and courtesy would have made a difference.
