룸컨디션은 쾌적했고, 생각보다 넓었습니다. 호텔내 이용시설이 일찍 문닫는 것을 제외하고는 모든 것이 마음에 들었습니다. 조식 또한 괜찮았습니다.

깨끗하고 친절하고 방도 넓다. 조식도 취향은 아니라도 훌륭. 위치도 아주 나쁘지는 않다.

Several times stayed in this hotel but no special impression. But this time was different. The reception was very kind and helpful so made all of us happy. thank you, Agneshika(sorry if I mistype your name) for your great service.

시내타운과 멀지않아 접근성이 좋고, 호텔 바로옆에는 대형쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 방은 청결합니다. 아침식사도 괜찮았습니다.

직원들이 좀 더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다 특히 2차에 관련된 사항을 보다 자세히 설명 해야 할 것입니다. 이용후기 분량이 너무 많네요

전체적으로 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다 넓고 깨끗하고 위치가 너무 좋아요 다만 화장실 샤워 수압이 너무 낮아요

Clean&cozy hotel with good price, there was shopping mall right in front of the hotel so it was also convenient.

Rommet var rent og fint. Badet var greit. Fin lobby og hod beliggenheten. Parkering i underetasje koster 80 zloty per dag, noe som er ganske greit.

Der tilbydes ikke sikret netværk, hvilket trækker ned. Vindue kunne ikke lukkes helt i, med mange støjgener fra vejene omkring 😵‍💫 God morgenmad. Overfyldt bar med for lidt personale - op imod 25 min for at bestille en fadøl👎

I was given a room designed as extension suit of the parents for children. Just a door is separating two rooms. The sound isolation was so poor I heard every word they say in the next room. TV and other conversations made my one night stay really not enjoyable. They had the tv on 5:00 am and I could skeep anymore. Those rooms should not he rented this way. Other than that, it is a great hotel with great food and friendly service. Ps. Kitchen was open until after midnight I guess due to world cup games on the big screen. There were waiters & waitresses around close to midnight but the number was insufficient to the extend that to get a beer you had to try to catch someone. Still I appreciated their efforts to please the customers.

Viaggio di lavoro, posizione comoda. Colazione ottima Camera pulita, ma la moquette nelle camere dà sempre una senzazione di scarsa pulizia.

No table tennis. Busy / chaotic breakfast Friendly staff. High rise building.

It is sad to see a hotel decline as this Novotel has. I have been staying here each year for about the past 4 or 5 years and steadily see services and quality go down but the prices increase! Where do I start: Reception - some (read very few)staff were good - others just rude and very inattentive. For example, I called four times as the remote for the TV did not work properly. They answered the first two times then the following two times just hung up. I could not get the TV to turn off so I ended up having to sleep the first night with the TV on and sound muted ... not ideal. The following day I went to reception to explain and finally they swapped out the remote. Air conditioning just didn't work and I had to resort to having the window open 24 x 7. Lots of street noise !! I was on the executive floor which used to have a complimentary bar which was topped up each day. Now you get a (very) cut down version when on check in and that's it. No top up. The "business centre" in the lobby - printer didn't work, and I ended up having to get my one page on to a USB stick and reception printed it. If you have dined there over the last few years, the menu really has not changed, My room wasn't cleaned the first day and I had to request it to be done. Also there is a large water stain on the wall. The room looked like it really needed to be updated or at least dep cleaned. Will I stay there again next year? I don't really know. I know there are far better places at better prices
