너무 깔끔하고 좋았습니다! 칫솔, 샴푸, 냉장고 등 모든 것이 구비되어 있어요

처음에 앱에 뜬 사진이 작은 옛날 집이라 작은 호텔인줄알았더니 실제로는 크고 규모가 잘 잡혀있는 호텔이었다 주차장도 있고 가격도 적절하고 좋았다

3인실예약을햇는데 2인실에보조침대를 넣엇네요 그래서객실이작앗어요 그래도 청결해 많이불편하진않앗어요 주차요금이 무료인줄알앗는데 유로인데다가 투숙객에도불구하고 너무 비싸서 바가지쓴느낌 ᆢ 와이파이도많이느리네요

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days to participate conference in Bilbao. The deal which I purchased was classic room with free morning buffet. Room condition was good, and offered breakfast (cafeteria, 0 floor) was also nice. But, the jamon (spain ham) that they offered was low quality (Don't worry. Bacons and sausages are offered!). Beverages (coke, soda water, juice, mineral water, etc.) were also free in breakfast. The facts that I felt sorry (only limited to classic room) were the performance of refrigerator. We used 5 rooms, but the refrigerators were successfully operated in only 2 rooms. Besides, two people of my colleagues were locked up in elevator for 1 time. Location of hotel was so good to go around key places of Bilbao.

Very good hotel

Bra frokost. Ligger ganske sentralt. Litt trafikkstøy. Alt i alt, så er dette et bra hotell

Clean, spacious room. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Unfriendly, unengaged staff

Clean Room, bathroom with bathtub and hot water, accommodating staffs, varied breakfast buffet, walking distance to shops and parking (additional payment).

Bien ubicado, limpio. El bar con buenos pinchos y buen servicio del personal.

Great hotel, close to Guggenheim. Goo options for snacks. Nice cafe terrace. Free luggage storage Expedia describes rooms as having a balcony but it’s not a balcony, just a long glass door that opens on to metal bars

Fint rum, bra sängar, nära till metro och spårvagn, gångavstång till flygbuss. Frukostmatsal väldigt hög ljudnivå, skrammel med porslin o bestick blev extra högt, inget ljuddämpande fanns. Vi hade rum med liten balkong, fanns litet bord med 2 stolar!

Concierge very unhelpful. Everything else OK

Una vergüenza un hotel 4 estrellas que parece de 1 Primero voy por hacer el ceck in el chico me da un habitación que per llegar allí tienes que ir por una escalera sin elevador después hacer un pasillo abrir una puerta y después coger l elevador mirando esto le digo al cicho mira que no puedo hacer esto porque tengo varios politrauma me podía cambiar la habitación ma nada un chico que trabaja allí me acompañó hasta lelevador Tema tarjeta para entrar en habitación siempre tenía que volver porque no funcionaba por vía de estar cerca al móvil Limpieza????? Mejor ir en hotel de 1 estrella La chica ni me cambio ni una sábana en 3 días de estancia Televisor lleno de polvo Tome un zumo con un vaso la chica lo dejo allí por 2 días No consejio a nadie de ir en este hotel ni pediron disculpa Vergüenza

Location could have been better

Als Ausgangspunkt für 3 Tage Bilbao fanden wir das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Das Auto konnten wir für 20 €/Nacht in der Garage stehen lassen und die Stadt per Metro und Fahrrad erkunden. Zur Metrostation Indautxu ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. Das Zimmer (Superior mit Balkon) war komfortabel, die Betten in Ordnung, aber nicht ganz dem übrigen Komfort entsprechend. Das Frühstück sehr gut.

The property was clean, comfortable and friendly. It is well maintained and managed. I would certainly recommend it and go back again if I visit Bilbao.

The air conditioning did not work well in our room. The front desk told us that the air conditioning was connected to one unit and there was nothing they could do. We asked to be switched to a different room and they could not accommodate us. This made our stay very uncomfortable.

Nothing special.
