The room is very comfy and spacious (and its very clean!). The staffs are such a great help. They were so nice and helped me a lot. Thank you! Definitely a worth it place to stay.

I choose this hotel because it is Novotel and mostly chain hotels has their own cleanliness standard. But this one really dissatisfied me. Was check in on Sunday, 29th August and checking out on Friday, 3rd September 2021. Under the bed there was M&Ms.? Or gummy ball? And a piece of used sachet (as seen on my pictures) Don't know exactly and don't want to touch it. As we were too tired to call the housekeeping after 17 hour long-haul journey we don't want to make it a big issue. Then tomorrow we leave early in the morning to Erasmus & when we back in the afternoon the ‘thing’ is still there! It's not far under the bed, as I can see when sitting on the couch. Still make no report. Then Tuesday still there when we back from the city center! I can't stand it anymore, how can this is happened on Novotel? Wednesday morning when we want to go out, I report it to the Front Desk and showing the picture I took from my mobile phone and she got it! The (old) lady said she will handle it altogether with the broken lamp in bathroom mirror which suddenly blink on-and-off. L as I reported. Surprisingly, when I got back on Wednesday afternoon, the candy or gummy or whatsoever in eye-catching color was still there! Meaning, the old lady didn't informed the housekeeping & the housekeeping itself, well you can give rating for how they worked then! My daughter said; Very quick in cleaning (as she's there on Monday while they cleaned it up) but forgot to tell them about the candy. Then I went back to the Front Office and this time a young girl got my complaints and 15 minutes later the housekeeping showed up (finally! With the vacuum cleaner) and later the fixman came up to change the bathroom lamp!. Don't forget to bring your own slippers as they don't provide for free. You should buy one in Front Desk. Above all those messy things, we slept well in the room as we stay in upfloor and this hotel quite far from city center so not much to see except the University & Hogeschool in front of our window view. The nearest station is Kralingse Zoom is 900m. Here you can found 3 food sellers.
