The staff was amazing from start to finish. The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only....

Room was comfortable. The pillows were too small to use one, too thick to use 2, but that seems to be the case with all hotels. It was very quiet.

Quick and easy process. Quiet and spacious room. 10 or 15 minute walk to city place. I had a great time.

I enjoyed the stay at Marriot the only thing I wasn’t to thrill was paying for parking as I feel it should be included in the hotel stay.

Was unaware of the $28 per day parking fees. Pool looked way better in the photos than real life. I stayed elsewhere instead of paying for the parking fees.

Rooms were comfy and clean. Hard to find front of the hotel. Did not like the showers.

The airport shuttle is not around the clock it starts at 6:00 a.m. which didn't help for my 7:00 a.m. flight. A little annoying because this is why I picked the hotel. Other than that, hotel nice staff friendly

Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. From valet to front desk to bartenders.

We liked the shortish walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience and quality of the on premise restaurant. That was about it. We paid $1800 for 3 days. Everything was ala cart and even by testament of the ppl who work there…”a rip off.” $5 for a small bag of chips. $22 a day for parking, $5 service fee for “included” room service. If they can up charge you, they will. Only one of the three elevators worked 2 of the 3 days we were there. You need your key everywhere you go in high crime west palm beach. The pool gates lock behind you. The elevator needs a key. Both entering and LEAVING the parking lot…yup, you guessed it…you need your room key. This was a bucket list trip with my son that I opened up the pocket books for a rich life experience. The rooms were nice but nothing special. I guess rich life equals how much can we exploit from our guests. I would never stay here again at this price. No way no how.

This hotel is my favorite place to stay in Palm Beach. Great location and the staff is great. They have good dining options. Very clean and quiet.

Great place walkable to the downtown area bars and restaurants. We had a very nice room with a view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the area and will stay here again!

Customer Service and hotel ambience was wonderful. Location was perfect and the htel provided shuttle to and from the airport. However, the gave me a room by the elevator which derived me of sleep throughout my stay.

Temperature control did not work in the room. Shower ceiling was disgusting. Elevators were mostly broken-out of service. Worst marriot I've stayed in.
