Very nice place, comfy beds and great staff.

Great location with antique stores, art galleries, gift shops and restaurants everywhere! For EV owners there are Level 2 chargers a short distance away!

The room was dirty

The only thing I didn’t like is the bed.

Quick stay in Phoenix for a concert. Price was good for the location to the stadium.

My stay was great as always and very comfortable. I enjoyed this hotel.

Place nice

My son had stomach issues and got to front desk at 1pm. Representative didn’t offer to allow us to check in. He had us pay $30 early check in. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had this issue.

Very nice property, very good service.

Floor tiles caused a trip hazard in room that I tripped on a few times. I reported this to front door desk.

I liked the people who worked there. Very nice and friendly. Didn't like the road noise.

We had a mixup in the beginning, but Martha was amazing and fixed it for me. I don’t know the manager’s name, but he is also another amazing person made me feel like I was one of the family. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Arizona.

The property's location was great for shopping and the facilities are simple, yet the breakfast and the staff superior. The only issue that I couldn't understand was the constant noise that almost sounded like a pump of sorts that could be heard every 10 seconds in room 205.

My refrigerator was broken and no hot water when I was trying to take a shower.

The King bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator great for cold drinks, location super for dining out and freeway access, shopping too. Room was roomy, only missed having one convenience. Would have liked a bedside lamp for reading, only had overhead ceiling lights in room.
