The hotel locate next to a huge transformer.

Property was outdated. Pool & hot tub was not open. Hallways, elevators, rooms & common areas were dirty. This was probably the dirtiest Hampton Inn that I’ve ever stayed in. I was very disappointed.

Great hotel. Very clean and staff are wonderful. This is the hotel my family seeks to stay at when we have to stay somewhere in Norfolk.

Would definitely book there again

We started 1 night. It was nice.

Room was clean and found the staff very friendly, however, could not get hot water in the shower. Luke warm at best

It was a great stay with great breakfast and exceptional service.

Location for cruising was very good. It was a very old hotel. It did seem safe and was clean. Included breakfast was good. Beds were fine, pillows were laughable (we asked for extras because they were so small and thin— they said they didn’t have any). Showers were terrible— no water pressure at all, and only lukewarm water.

The hotel was conveniently located near my daughter's school. The staff were friendly. The hotel and the room had an unpleasant odor, and there were poor repairs in the bathroom tub and shower. Additionally, mold and hair were present in the tub, and stains were visible in the toilet. The pool had no water in it, and the area was being used to store bottled water.

Desk staff was super friendly. Could use updating. My daughters bed had sand in it and we had not been to the beach.

What I liked was the location, easy access, and the breakfast was good. What I didn't like was it was dingy, rundown and dirty. The bed was awful and HARD. We heard our neighbors talking on both sides. We had to ask to have our room cleaned. I will not be staying there again
