Personable people. Helpful.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. But lack of a bathroom fan allowed some mold to grow on the bathroom wall. Faucet did not fully turn off water, has to be obvious to very least cleaning staff. I wouldn’t say don’t stay there just expect you do get what you pay for.

I would not recommend this place, the room had a bad smell, gave me a headache instantly. There is no elevator going up to the second floor. Pool has been closed since Covid…… bed was very hard. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk, she was very nice and understanding.

It was conivent and comfortable around alot of places to shop and eat. Very quiet.

Only thing I dislike is they only offer coffee in the am

This is THE WORST STAY EVER for us. Advertises breakfast NOT. Says coffee NOT. Room says 4people, one chair. Good thing I had a One Key discount. Room was NOT worth 68.00, not really even worth the $10 I paid. Definitely gives Tom Bodett a bad reputation.

It was a good place to stay overnight close by a local racetrack

Woke up to yelling cussing and a big bang at 5 am . 2 ladies we're getting in a fight. No elevator and dirty

For the price, it was a good room. I am not used to staying in a hotel of this calibur, so I was taken aback that we did not get clean towels after our first night stay. We were too tired to try & hunt down clean towels, so just made do. It would have been nice to have been told at check in that room would not be cleaned/replenished when staying more than 1 night.

It was great as always.

The room I was in had a shower that had an open floor plan. As in it had nothing to keep the water from going all over the bathroom floor. Also no shelves for shampoo and soap. It was just odd. Not really a comfortable feeling.

Our room was a king suite. Clean and spacious

I have nothing but everything negative things to say about this hotel!! Let’s first start off with the ROACHES! Yes you heard that right, roaches. They were places from the bathroom to across the room in the bedroom. The toilet seat didn’t even have a lid, while the seat was literally cracked and chipped. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the bathtub can’t even hold water to give the kids a bath! Not to mention that the shower curtain is obviously so old and was falling apart. There is sighs everywhere saying no smoking yet the whole building reeked of cigarettes and not to mention dog waste. Yes dog waste, as they told us to keep our cat clean the whole place smelled like dog waste. Also there was dogs barking at 3 in the morning while everyone is obviously asleep. The beds were weird and squeaky. The whole place is poorly cleaned. I started to feel sick after the 2nd day staying here with a cold. The fridge was barely cold and we couldn’t even adjust the temperature cause the nob is broken. There was holes and scratch marks from animals it looks like in the bathroom. The most unbelievable thing might’ve been when I didn’t have a pen so I asked the front desk for one but he told me to bring it all the way back but, i figured that they would have complimentary ones cause who doesn’t? One of the most disappointing things was that on the website there was a picture showing that there was a pool but when we went to look for it, there was no water and the pool was fil

Front desk staff was amazing! The room itself was disappointing. I had the King bed room. The sheets were stained and comforter had holes. I asked for replacement linens and the front desk staff were more than happy to help. The replacement sheets weren't stained but the replacement comforter had holes. The cleanliness of the room in general was not appealing. I would not recommend this location. I would like to make special mention, once again, that the front desk gal was amazing!!!
