리에주 기예르맹 역보다는 리에주 팔라이 역과 가깝습니다. 그리고 근처에 먹거리나 쇼핑하기도 좋은 곳이구요. 호텔 자체로만 봐도 굉장히 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

호텔 건물부터 내부까지 오래된 느낌이 물씬 풍깁니다. 방문 잠금장치도 일반 열쇠라는...창문 바로 밑에 라디에이터가 있긴 한데 침대와 멀어서인지 추웠습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 맥도널드가 있으나 아침 9시부터 영업이라 이용하기 힘들었고, 그 옆에 조그만 가게가 있는데 선택폭이 넓지 않아서 좀....가격 대비 그냥 그래요.

J'ai été intoxiqué par le petit déjeuner. Le matin je prends le petit déjeuner, un peu avant le déjeuner j'ai dû courir plusieurs fois d'urgence aux toilettes. Je voyage beaucoup, c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive. Le reste du séjour je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner, je n'ai pas eu d'autre problème alimentaire. De plus, le petit déjeuner est très chère pour le peu de variété et la qualité. Le jus d'orange est surtout de l'eau. Pas de chocolat chaud proposé. Peu de variété des articles. La personne qui accueillent au petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout souriante ce qui n'est pas le cas du reste du personnel. On sens que l'hôtel est vieillissant : crépi aux mûrs, rideaux des chambres. La douche est correcte et la télé grande. Le quartier n'est pas très accueillant au prime abord avec le McDonald's à côté et les personnes qui trainent à côté mais au final c'est assez calme. Il y a quelques lieux d'intérêt à côté et des commerces proches.

Chambre petite, mais confortable. Accueil, et petit déjeuner très bien. Petit regret sur le prix des boissons chaudes à la machine, 3 € pour un chocolat dans un gobelet, 2,50 € pour de l'eau chaude, c'est un poil exagéré.

To whom this may concern, I stayed the past weekend (December 19th/20th) with my wife and daughter at ibis Liège Centre Opéra, room 517, while visiting the Christmas Market. I am writing to formally express my disappointment and shock regarding the condition of the bathroom in our room. As shown in the attached photos I took during our stay, the bathroom was in a completely unacceptable state. There was a persistent rotten drain smell throughout our stay, which was already unpleasant enough. However, every time we took a shower, the bathtub leaked brown water all over the bathroom floor. This was not only disgusting, but also extremely disappointing, especially given that we were travelling as a family. This is absolutely not the standard we expected when booking an ibis hotel. The situation made our stay very uncomfortable and left us with a very poor impression of your establishment. I am extremely disappointed by this experience and will think twice before booking at ibis again in the future. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter. Kind regards, P. du Plessis
