From the moment I saw the hotel, I had a great feeling and was confident in my decision to book it. Upon arrival I knew I made the right choice, and I was welcomed by very polite, courteous and professional. Staff were also very friendly. In fact, it was my lucky day and I was upgraded to a suite.
That matter aside, I still had an excellent experience, and I mean everything I say when I call out location, helpful staff, amenities, and modern façade, as well as the champagne theme. The suite I stayed in was massive, clean, spacious and stocked with everything and more. I had the blessing of being able to say I slept in a king size bed in a hotel in Europe, which is rare to find. I had a sitting room with a television, a spacious wardrobe, individual centralair conditioning and perhaps one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. I want to particularly recognize the efforts of the person who checked me in (sadly I cannot recall her name but I know she is a seasonal worker), and Hassan. My individual experience may be an anomaly, but I have full confidence in any room booked at Les Bulles hotel will satisfy and exceed your expectations.
