식당에서 인종차별이 노골적입니다. 돈 내고 식사하면서 정말 불쾌했어요. 아침에 부페를 먹고 있는 옆 테이블 현지인에게는 5분에 한 번꼴로 불편한건 없냐, 음식은 괜찮냐 끊임없이 묻는데... 저는..눈 마주쳐서 불러야 와서 주문 받고, 수프 먹게 스푼 좀 달라고 요청해야 겨우 갖다 주고, 커피 더 달라고 한 요청은 끝내 안 들어 줘서 기다리다 그냥 나왔어요. 오랜 전통이 인종차별에 녹아 있나 봅니다. 식당 종업원들의 태도 때문에 편안한 잠자리나 좋았던 점들을 다 깎아 내렸어요.

A marvellous stay at The Langham. The staff were second to none and my room was spectacular. Would not hesitate to recommend.

If you want to watch the TV in your room ‘We are upgrading the system sorry” The problem but it’s in every room and its all the terrestrial channels and the sky channels are intermittent.’ Hotel excuse not mine

Great location, great Hotel

Fantastic experience, they upgraded facilities, will come back to stay again!

Breakfast was terrible, you have to wait ages to be seated as the restaurant is not big enough to serve the hotel. Be careful which part of the hotel you stay in, some rooms on the road are incredibly noisy and you can hear the tube every 20 seconds. No sleep!

今回他の地方に回るため、ロンドン到着後2泊と出発2泊を同じランガムにしましたが、到着後の2泊は水回りが悪く困りましたが、出発2泊のお部屋はとても快適でした。 良かったのは頼みたいことが、チャット形式のやり取りで日本語でできたこと、英語が苦手な人にはとてもいいです。 8日、チェックアウト時、フロント黒ぶちのメガネをかけた女性の方が嫌な感じでしたので すぐに隣の違う女性の方に対応してもらえてとても親切でよかったです。

Outstanding 5 star hotel

Location was not ideal, but walkable.. Restaurants were amazing!

The great staff and excellent service and location make this a hotel you will want to return to again and again!

Housekeeping was so thorough. Our king bed was very comfortable. Our room faced the interior court, so was very quiet. Great location in Marylebone.

Bedroom was lovely and service was great. We enjoyed the restaurant, room service and the bar, everything was great. We enjoyed turndown service as well- only ask was ice in the room at turn down would be nice.
