Friendly employees, clean.

At check in I was given the wrong room, a smaller room. I was told there were no other options. After 20 minutes I was give. A room with 2 beds, broken shower and broken heating/cooling system. Called to get heating/cooling system fixed multiple times and no one showed up. Took 2 hours to request towels.

had booked a room with two double beds, but was given a room with king bed. Hotel staff said it was overbooked- not sure how this was our problem. and the front desk said they would call me but no one ever did. it was inconvenient since we had 3 kids in room0 athletes who didnt get a good nite sleep.

It’s a pretty hotel. The open courtyard is great for viewing but the noises from every floor carry upward. The planters are all empty and this weekend were filled with pizza crust from the large amount of children in the hotel. The parking is a sheer nightmare in my opinion. It is a long walk from the parking garage to the hotel. There is valet parking but it’s very expensive. The staff was unclear how the payment system for the parking garage worked, even though it is for hotel guests. The room was nice but dated. The water pressure leaves something to be desired. There are no light switches for the lamps in either of the rooms. There is not a working vent fan in the bathroom. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were very nice and very professional.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your hotel. Upon arrival, the car attendants did not direct us to the hotel's parking facilities and instead instructed us to park two blocks away in a public parking area. Later, we observed another guest being guided by an attendant to park in the hotel's basement parking. When we questioned this, the attendant's response was rude and dismissive, stating, "Well this is why you pay for us to park your vehicle so there is no confusion!" This lack of professionalism and the attendant's disrespectful attitude were unexpected from a high-end hotel and significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope you will address this issue to ensure future guests receive the level of service they expect.

It was a really nice hotel…BUT, the breakfast area needed attention as all the seats were terribly warn. The staff were all wonderful…BUT…the parking was horrible! NO SELF PARKING! It was valet only and Orbitz did not list that it was valet only or public parking. It cost us $34 extra a day and we stayed 7 days! We were so disappointed that our daughter could not come to visit unless she paid the hotel or public parking! It was down right ridiculous!

One of my favorite places to stay when I’m in the Bay Area even though I’m from the Bay Area and moved away I will never stop supporting the embassy suites

I had a great time. Very nice ample room. Loved that the bed was separate from the living area. The fridge didn't work properly and froze all of my food on the lowest, and that was very inconvenient for me as one cannot heat the frozen food more than once so I lost my food by the second day. When I turned the fridge out there was a rotten smell coming from the fridge it was terrible and all that situation was quite a nightmare for me as I wasn't expecting to spend money on food and I had to because the fridge didnt work properly. Otherwise all was very good.

Free drinks and happy hour were nice, the breakfast timing was very prompt so plan accordingly.

The staff was extremely accommodating w/ my requests. Early check-in, and late check out, no problem. I’m grateful, and appreciative.

The front door was having problems and had to be left open with outdoor temperatures in the 30’s! Very cold in the lobby and even hundreds of feet away having breakfast!

Overall, very nice. Great breakfast. The breakfast eating area was uncomfortably cold!
