이 곳은 처음 들어갈 때부터 참 기분이 좋았습니다. 직원분이 환하게 반겨주셨기 때문입니다. 그 분은 우리에게 친절하게 안내해 주셨습니다. 그리고 알려진 관광지가 아닌 진짜 베네치아를 알려주었습니다. 구석구석 숨어있는 명소와 맛집들을 소개해 주었습니다. 여행을 하면서 이런 곳은 처음이었습니다. 친구처럼 다정했던 그 직원분이 참 기억에 남습니다. 숙소는 산마르코광장과 가깝습니다. 정류장에서도 가깝습니다. 위치가 참 좋습니다. 정갈한 조식과 욕조가 있습니다. 여행 후 지친 몸을 욕조에서 풀었습니다. 아쉬운 점이라면 옆 방 소리가 좀 들린다는 점이랄까요. 그래도 다른 것들은 다 좋았네요.

산마르코 광장 바로 옆에 있어 밤마다 쉽게 놀러갈 수있어요. 새벽늦게 체크인했는데도 친절히 맞아줬어요. 특히 아침 조식이 간단하지만 먼가 대접받는듯한 느낌을 받아요. 아쉬운 점은 시설이 좀 노후화 되어있고 열쇠로 문을 여는데 그게 힘들었어요.

밤늦은 시간에 체크인했는데, 프런트 직원이 상당히 친절했고, 체크인 할 때 커피포트를 식당에서 가져다 주심. 호텔 시설은 그리 좋진 않았지만, 방 분위기가 상당히 예쁘고 귀여운, 여성분들이 좋아할만한 디자인이었음. 작은 욕조였지만 반식욕을 할만한 욕조가 있었고, 레인폴스가 아닌 샤워기가 달려있어서 씻기 편했음. 체크아웃할 때 까지 히터를 계속 틀어줬음. 전체적으로 가격대비 4.0/5 정도 주고싶은 호텔.

베네치아 산마르코광장 바로옆이라 위치적으로 굉장히 좋았으며 호텔 직원들이 다 친절했습니다 비록 가격대비 방은 작았지만 청결했으며 아침식사도 적당한수준이었습니다 추천합니다

방도 깨끗하고, 웰컴 드링크도 준비되어 있었습니다. 싱글룸이라 욕실이 조금 작긴 했지만, 불편하지는 않았어요. 서비스도 괜찮았고, 조식도 잘 나오는 편이었습니다. 산마르코광장 근처라서 관광하기에는 좋은데, 바포레토를 타고 산마르코광장에 내려서 호텔까지 가는길은 약간 멉니다.

베네치아 산마르코 광장 바로 옆입니다. 객실과 욕실 깨끗합니다. 조식 맛있습니다. 특히, 베인컨은 직접 만드시는듯. 추천합니다.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. We love the location. We were upgraded to a roof-top terrace room with a balcony. Room is big enough and we definitely recommend and will be back. Keep up the good services.

The staff (Claudia & Riccardo) went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near San Marco Square and provides access to the exquisite laneways, restaurants, shops and trattoria’s that Venice has to offer. We could not recommend the hotel more highly and would certainly stay there again if we returned to Venice. Certainly a 5+out of 5.

Exceptional location & service! Cute older hotel with small rooms, but overall great! General upkeep in the bathrooms, a little older grout in some areas could be improved, but the location and service exceeded the benefit of being in a newer hotel across town!

Excellent service, very caring and accommodating. Hotel is walkable to many attractions and many dinning options near by. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience. Close walking distance to S. Marco water taxi. Clean well kept shopping area and away from the dense crowds.

Hotel Firenze is tucked away in a quiet alleyway right in the centre of Venice where all the designer shops are. You can’t get a better location. The location isn’t just what makes this hotel a great choice though - it’s the incredible, personal service you get from the beautiful staff who work there. They go above and beyond to help and really made our stay in Venice wonderful. I love the authentic boutique style of the hotel - really helps to immerse yourself in the true Venice style. If this place is available, don’t hesitate, it’s a fantastic option at a good price point.

Absolute joy to stay here - location, staff, rooms - brilliant. Such a treat, we really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located really close to St. Mark Square. It’s next to high-end shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to water bus terminal. Breakfast was basic but the service was great. The staff is excellent and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Cute elegant place, the noon receptionist was amazing. The only problem was the power and AC went off in the middle of the night… fuse issues.

Staff were very informative. Room was great, had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was a great way to start the day - good options. Location was great - very close to the Basillica and Doges Palace. Overall great experience.
