It was good stay with clean room

Great location with reasonable price. Bed was comfortable, staff truly professional and breakfast superb. Ideally located in the middle of downtown so could easily reach any major touristic places. Room is rather small but shouldn't be an issue. Will revisit if I have chance to come back to turin.

The room was great, the staff were professional but not friendly except the bell man whom spoke great English and was very friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable but it he doors need oil or adjustment . Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were the best.

We had two suites. The air conditioning didn’t work until the day after we got there. We were told that this was city policy, they were ‘not allowed” to turn on the AC until a certain date. Never heard of something like that! And then when it did work, it could not be put on during the day. At 6AM it went off by itself. To be honest, In a 5 star hotel to be told this, I was embarrassed for them. I must say that the personnel at the reception were as nice could be. As for breakfast, best not get there a minute past 10:30 in the morning, they’ve already shut down the buffet. That’s not very hospitable. Otherwise, a nice hotel in the center of Torino. Fix those things and it would be top-notch!

We really liked the hotel. Its location and the staff were spot on. Our first room was luxurious to look at and spacious, but it was dark red in colour with inadequate lighting, which made it difficult to see. We were unhappy with the bathroom which had a shower only over the bath. Dangerous for older people. After 2 nights we were able to change our room to a light and bright one, with a walk-in shower. Happy with that. Not happy with the weak wall mounted hairdryers. On requesting one with some guts we were provided with a dryer that was really effective. We were given good tips for restaurants and had some excellent food. One night, however, an elderly man at the desk, after we had asked him to book a good restaurant we had been recommended and found it was closed for a period, booked us into a really basic osteria, which was very disappointing. The hotel bar was amazing. Excellent cocktails and platters of food to go with them. Really wow!

Lovely hotel, nice breakfast and helpful staff. For the cost of the hotel, we have stayed at equally nice hotels for less.

I did not add the breakfast, because I think 18 euros is too pricey. But I loved the location, an easy walk from the train station and to most historical and cultural sites. The staff was always professional and courteous, and I loved the robo-vac that cruised the lobby, smiling and winking at guests. The room was very comfortable, although I would have appreciated an armchair so I did not have to read on the bed.

5* all round and the breakfasts were to die for!! Super hotel, totally spoiled!!

The room was extremely nice - large bathroom, very comfortable bed - and the staff were incredibly helpful. It is situated right in the center of the city and is within walking distance of shops and sights. My parents also loved the hotel. It came highly recommended and lived up to its reputation. Electric kettle with tea in every room!

Great location

My family had a wonderful stay traveling with our little one. It is surrounded by many good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Il personale è molto gentile e cortese in ogni situazione. La colazione offre un’ampia scelta, con prodotti di alta qualità e viene rifornita costantemente. La camera è pulita ed ordinata. A mio avviso ci sono due note negative: nelle camere si sentono troppo i rumori delle camere adiacenti, non solo quelli dell’acqua del bagno, ma anche le voci delle persone quando parlano con un tono del tutto normale… E nel mio bagno mancava il bidet, che per gli stranieri è cosa normale, ma per noi italiani credo sia scontato trovare.

Everything about the hotel is 5 star — the staff, the breakfast, the bar, and especially the location. No notes, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the old historic heart of Turin. Great value for money via Hotels.com. Breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was well appointed and bed super comfortable. Bathroom slightly small but not an issue.
