전체 평가 및 리뷰 Grand Hotel Palace

신혼여행으로 머물렀는데 역에서 좀 걸어야해서 조금 피곤했지만 숙소 자체에는 100점! 조식에 나오는 연어 최고

좋았습니다. 다만 룸에 커피포트가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 위치도 좋고 만족스러웠습니다. 주차는 따로 해주는데 하루 이용 30유로 나와요

깨끗하고 편안한 호텔. 좋은 뷰. 안전한 거리. 친절한 직원들. 좋은 서비스를 즐기고 감.

Tolles Hotel, super Service, sehr freundliches Personal

The services were well provided from the time we walked in the front door until we checked out. Everything was first class.

Beautiful hotel and convenient

The hotel is beautiful. Everyone on the staff we met was extremely friendly and professional and we especially enjoyed the large private terrace off the room. I will say that when paying over $700 per night, one should be able to expect better than a horrible and flat pillow without being asked to pay a 10% up-charge. We could only stay one night so we just dealt with it.

The hotel is dated and needs renewing the rooms and bedding at a minimum. The front desk also the concierge was less than enthusiastic about assisting with departure plans.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Really helped make a wonderful experience!

I like the hotel. It’s very nice. We had the superior room on the 7th floor with a small balcony overlooking the city. Great views of the Pantheon. I don’t particularly love the neighborhood though because it feels very not like Rome, lots of large boulevard. Feels more like mainstream Paris which I guess couldn’t be helped. The shower in our room was meh at best. No overhead shower. We only one small hold spray with a lose holder. Every time we turn on the shower it sprays the ceiling of the shower. The glass panel didn’t do anything to stop water so the floor including in front of the toilet and bidet ended up wet which would have been fine if not for the slippery floor that can be hazardous. Luckily only had to stay for one night before departure, otherwise would have asked for a different room. Staff is lovely. Food option is a bit more scared and the crowds are much less if you like to people watch.

Grand Hotel Palace is a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the train station, the beautiful Borghese Gardens, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and other sites of interest to tourists. There are many restaurants, fancy and plain nearby. The hotel's restaurant is nice. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
