신혼여행으로 머물렀는데 역에서 좀 걸어야해서 조금 피곤했지만 숙소 자체에는 100점! 조식에 나오는 연어 최고

좋았습니다. 다만 룸에 커피포트가 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 위치도 좋고 만족스러웠습니다. 주차는 따로 해주는데 하루 이용 30유로 나와요

Really lovely hotel, nice location too near Spanish steps. Really clean and they have turndown service which is great. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. I’d absolutely recommend

Good sized room, large bed, separate bath and shower (Room 105), very clean and everything you need. Staff were kind and professional too.

The hotel presents itself as a 5-star property, and while some aspects initially seem promising, the overall experience does not meet that standard. One particularly disappointing issue was breakfast. Despite breakfast being included in the rate, we were charged extra for basic items such as eggs, which is highly unusual and unacceptable for a hotel claiming 5-star service. This was not clearly explained in advance and felt misleading. Combined with inconsistent service and a general lack of attention to detail, the experience ultimately felt closer to a 3-star hotel. With clearer communication and better service standards, this property could significantly improve.

All night The gym door is not open, and not open at 7am, 10 pm or midnight the gym door is closed again, they announce in the lobby that the sauna is supposedly free, but if you don't order a paid massage, the sauna and pool are not allowed, or if you order a paid massage, they say that one family is using a private sauna, you can't enter, and for 7 days in a row we couldn't use the sauna and pool.

Overall poor experience given: (i) a unhelpful and rude front desk staff; and (ii) old and in need of renovation furniture and building interior.

Great hotel, clean rooms, nice location.

Hotel building is lovely , but didn't like the decor in the rooms. No where to sit anything, bed side tables too small to put anything on, so had to put stuff on the floor Not a decent chair to sit on in the suite. Bathroom nice and spacious, but very disappointed with the room. Breakfast was very poor offerings for a 5 Star hotel. No one at all interested in telling you what they had available or even give you eye contact or a cheerful good morning at all. I would not book this Hotel again.

Area is perfect , very safe , walkable and the staff are so nice I would recommend !!
