The hotel is being renewed, so there is a construction noise.The room is clean and modern.I gave up taking a shower twice because the hot water didn't come out. I only used the free breakfast for one day. They give me free wine in the evening, but I didn't use it.

The room and the property is clean. Except for the constructions that are on goig now everything is amazing. The staff from lobby, bar and room attendants are excellent.

The King Bed Patio Suite was very special. Love all the special touches from the coffee maker, fire pit, wine fridge and luxe bathroom. A must stay when visiting Napa.

Truly loved our stay at the Embassy suites. Staff is so kind and accommodating! this hotel has recently undergone a renovation and as such your room experience is incredible with fresh upscale linens and bath amenities. Gas fire pits on main floor rooms outdoors make for relaxing evenings with a glass of your chosen Napa wines!. The hotel also offers a complimentary happy hour with wines or mixed cocktails which brings guests out to enjoy the property. The breakfast included offers warm as well as cold items-setting you up nicely for the rest of the day. Was perfect!

Everything is super

Wonderful hotel. Pool and hot tub were great after days of hiking. The happy hour and snacks were great- we’d been traveling for days. So nice to regroup. Breakfast was great too. And king suite was huge. Would stay again

Very nice property.

I loved this hotel The lobby was very nice ,the staff were great and our room was amazing especially the bathroom. The only think i was disappointed in was having to pay for parking on the hotel grounds in all of my years staying in different hotel i have NEVER Paid for park i though that was unnecessary fee added on to the bill

Great area, modernized facilities. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking costs which ought to be lower than parking in Chicago.

The highlight of the stay were the renovated rooms. Filled with latest technologies, it felt like living in a technical fantasy. For instances the toilet seats would open on detecting person, bathroom mirror had touch operated light controls, DND was a button when turned on indicates staff to maintain privacy (similar to hanging a DND tag on the door handle). The staff were helpful and courteous. Check in and check out was super easy. Very close to Napa downtown which is nice. That was it. Beyond the room and location there is pretty much nothing to cheer about. The room we got was adjacent to road and had traffic noise all throughout night because of lack of double pane glass windows. A single elevator near entrance lobby for all the rooms means guests staying at one end have to walk across the hotel to catch elevators every time. There was a bathtub but no bath salts. Microwave oven was provided when requested though in property details mentioned in-room microwave oven. Did not get a crib or play pen. Breakfast had very limited options for vegans/vegeterians.

Great location and a pleasant stay, but a few letdowns I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to get around — and the hotel itself is new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my overall experience enjoyable. However, there were a few aspects that didn’t quite meet expectations for a hotel of this level. First, the breakfast was underwhelming. The quality and variety offered simply don’t match the standard set by the rest of the hotel. Additionally, the organization and availability of the breakfast service could be significantly improved. Another disappointing point was the parking policy. Despite being a large property with plenty of space, the hotel charges $25 per day for parking inside the hotel grounds — which are managed by the hotel itself. I found this quite unreasonable and unexpected. Lastly, the quality of the toilet paper was surprisingly poor. For a hotel of this category, it’s shocking to see such a basic amenity overlooked to this extent. In summary, while the stay was overall positive and I appreciated many aspects of the hotel, there are some areas that definitely need attention to bring the guest experience up to the level the hotel promises.

The hotel was very clean. I had upgraded to a new remodeled room and it was beautiful with a great view. The staff was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, clean property, great patio suites. They aren't very eco conscious because you got new towels every day. I would have used the same one.
