Our complimentary coffee & tea & the bottle opener were being taken away on the 4th day of our stay for no reason, my friend call to ask to send us back the bottle opener, the man came with a sour face with the opener. I'm a frequent traveller & this was the worst experience that I encounter with hotel .

Our complimentary coffee & tea were being taken away from the room including a bottle opener.on the 3rd day. My mate then make a call to ask to send the opener back to the room .. i received it from a male staff by showing a sour face. I'm a frequent traveller & this was the worse hotel service quality I experienced .

The hotel is step away from subway, very convenience. But the staff is limited english and sometimes didn’t understand what am I talking about.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful, I received a complimentary desert and free simple room breakfast during my stay. The staff even call to ensure I'm ok for the room. Good service and highly recommend. Hotel right next to subway station, great location to those want to explore Beijing!
