Carpeting in the room was dirty, large stsin by the door. My rokm faced I-5, so it was rather noisy.

The room wasn’t large and had a slight musty smell but was very clean. Luggage carts only available near lobby. Freeway is loud. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and warm enough to swim at night. Best part was the person who prepared the breakfast, such a beautiful soul. And the breakfast was delicious, from the hot, fluffy yummy eggs, potatoes and all of the other choices.

It was like an upgraded motel 6 and the room smelled funny. Other than that it was ok.

Staff was friendly. Property was run down. Water leakes around the building. Water all around some walkways.

This would be a great hotel for a low income family with a limited budget. Close proximity to the beach and Lego Land. But it’s a dump. 1. Noise-it’s right next to highway 5, and the noise was a problem. 2. Cleanliness—room smelled musty and bathroom had ants, 3. Kitchen-No plates, cups, utensils 4. Furnishings-old and beat up. The “couch” is not a couch, it’s an uncomfortable vinyl bench. I chose this place because the good properties were priced way high (holiday weekend) Never again

Slept well, good lighting

Staff worked so hard to make our stay great! Lynn, Front Desk Supervisor was amazing! The maintenance man was so friendly and efficient! We will definitely stay there again!

The Hotel was walking distant to the beach. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

We reserved 2 rooms for 2 different couples. When we checked in they took our 2 credit cards & when we checked out they put it all under one card. I asked her to change it. She said her manager was off & she couldn’t change it!

We stayed for four nights and had the worst experience ever. The housekeeping services only clean rooms every other day, and their response when I asked for towels was poor. Additionally, the hot tub was broken, and the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

During check in there was no water the carpet was wet throughout the room. There was only one wash cloth after I paid for 2 people I guess they want you to share wash cloth . The cable sucks no hand soap have to use body or shampoo to wash my hands . Never come to this place endless your not going to be in the room most of the day

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! The young lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and shopping - we really enjoyed it!

The staff was very accommodating and the area around the property was a 10.

We stayed in a suite. One of the showers didn’t turn on , rug was really dirty in the living room the breakfast was cold and had nets flying around the pastry and fruit

Place needed updating

La habitación muy bien, limpia, los pasillos no tanto, mucho ruido, las ventanas dobles ayudan, pero la puerta no, muy delgada, no sella bien y deja pasar todo el ruido del exterior, el desayuno demasiado simple
