the front desk people are not friendly at all

The front desk staff and the maintenance people were very nice. HOWEVER, the gym machines were mostly broken. The back lot did not feel safe with the loiterers. The parking lot was not properly plowed or shoveled. There was animal feces around the parking lots and the back entrances had urine all over them, either from a guest or likely from the adjacent restaurant. There were no cameras back there for security. People seemed to live there and were very loud. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Comfy room, clean. Location great. Love being across from restaurants. Staff great. Remembered me from a previous visit. Only one elevator working. Will stay again

One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. The new coffee machines were top notch.

Very friendly front desk with check in and a nice touch with little bag of water bottles with snack. Room a little small but overall great as clean & comfortable.

I have stayed at numerous holiday inn express in south jersey and this one was the first! When we got to our floor you could smell smoke everywhere. Our bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. Our towels smelled bad. I asked for a room transfer and the new room had even more cigarette smoke odor. This location needs major work especially for the price they are charging per room. 0/10 recommend!

Yes the room was in pretty good shape. Nice to see housekeeper noticed the next day that a plastic bag trash can liner was needed in the bathroom for cleanliness. Would have been nice to wake up to a cup of coffee in the room. Surprised there was no mini bottle of water to make it. Room across from mine had what sounded like 2 big dogs barking every time I opened my door & owner left dirty wet urine looking soaked towels on carpet in hallway. Main desk person was very receptive to solving the issue. Thank goodness! Welcome bag? Never got one. water to make it.

Staff friendly and accommodating for late check and let me grab fruit eve after buffet closed. Nice touch

Bedding was super nice and comfortable. 2 queens room. Big screen TV, quiet working heating system with thermostat. Extra towels in bathroom, but too few washcloths. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was rm 228 had a running toilet issue, but we just shut the door and it didn't bother us. One slow, working elevator. Other is not in service. Very pleased with my stay. I would return.

Had a room close to the lobby and at 7 o’clock in the morning it got quite noisy so to breakfast being served. It woke me up and was unable to fall back asleep

Room is nice and “”roomy.” Clean and comfortable as was the bed. Staff was great; provided a “rescue kit” of razor, shave cream, toothbrush and toothpaste, since I forgot mine at home!

Parking was safe.

Breakfast was cold and just had egg whites…no sceambled eggs. Alot of people do not care for egg whites. The yolk is where all the protein comes from. Potatoes were cold! Someone ran the vacuum right outside my door at 7:50 AM. Not considerate at all!

Very clean, nice staff, Dove brand toiletries a nice touch. Love that tipping option can be done online via QR code, which makes me more likely to tip (rather than having cash on hand). Breakfast also offers some healthier options.
