Staffs were courteous and friendly and the room was clean and neat. It seems the hotel deals with COVID stuff well.

바르셀로나의마지막날을 특별하게보내고싶어서 스위트룸을 예약했어요 34충에 위치한 로프트형식의 2층집인데 실내도 고급스럽고 무엇보다 씨티뷰와 오션뷰를 모두 볼수있어서 좋았어요 스위트룸 프론트가 34층에 따로있고 43층에있는 사우나시설을 무료로 이용할 수 있었어요 스파는 아주작지만 전망이 숨막히게 좋아서 정말행복한시간을 보냈습니다 바와 조식도 만족했는데 대중교통이용은 좀 불편할거같아요 호텔이 오래되어서 구석구석 흠집이 좀 있도 프론트도 작아서 일반룸을 신청했다면 좀 실망했을수도 있을것같아요 전 다시가고 싶습니다

호텔 객실은 넓고 침대는 자는데 아주 편했습니다. 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 다만, 호텔이 약간 외진 편이라 택시를 자주 타야했던 것이 불편했습니다.

My wife, child and I stayed 2 nights. It was really good time in Barcelona. It's nice location to find good restaurant easily on beach side and marina. Especially, Casino Barcelona is the best place, if you like playing poker.

Stayed for 4 nights. Friendly staffs and service. Nice seaviews. Window frames and bedframes were slightly dusty for a 5 star hotel.

모든것이 완벽했습니다

we stayed 2 nights in arts barcelona. the food at the club lounge was very good. the best coffee in barcelona and entire europe. i am actually surprised that no one mentioned how good their coffee(cafe latte) was. i think it was just the nespresso but the barista definitely knows how much milk to put in. however i wouldn't say that the staff weren't the nicest. my mom and i also did the hotel spa. we did deep tissue massage. the masseuse's techniques were bad but we had nice chat and it was relaxing. the hotel is located near all the nightclubs so i think one should book this hotel if s/he is traveling with his/her friends. but it is a bad location if you are traveling with your family.

Spectacular place to stay in Barcelona! Unbelievable views from the room!

Although I prefer to stay in smaller hotels, I loved my stay at the Arts. The staff and service was exceptional. The best concierge desk I have experienced in a while! And the small details made me feel like a Rock Star.

Renovated rooms are beautiful, efficient and well thought out. Staff goes above and beyond. Great location.

The rooms are nice but the staff won’t clean or help if you have an issue.

My wife died 6 weeks before our trip to Spain. I let the hotel know about these tragic circumstances and respectfully asked for a cancellation refund. They denied my request. Every other hotel and tour operator do our trip expressed their condolences and made arrangements for refunds. It wasn’t so much not getting the refund that was upsetting, it was that they just didn’t care. Because of that level of horrible customer service I feel it necessary to leave this review.
