호텔세금이 이중결재 되었어요

수도원 호텔이라 신기한 경험이었어요. 내부 구조가 너무 예뻤어요. 또한 호텔이 역과 가까워서 편했습니다. 하지만 시내 안쪽으로 가는 길에 거지가 좀 있어서 밤에는 무서웠어요. 그래서 역과 가까운 것이 좋았습니다. 화장실이 나뉘어 있어서 신기했는데, 변기 쪽은 환기가 잘 되는 편은 아니었습니다. 비누, 샴푸 등은 리필을 잘 해주고, 록시땅이라서 좋았습니다. 아침식사는 조금 아쉬웠어요.

옥탑방..그것도 욕실이 방에 칸막이로 있어 프라아버시도 지켜지지 않는 최악의 방....언젠지 세일한다 했지..빚좋운 개살구...차별받는 느낌..기분 더러웠다...

전반적으로는 매우 만족... 다만 좁은 화장실 등 객실 구조상의 불편함이 있고 조식에 약간의 아쉬움이 있음. 정원에서 모임 등이 있을때 소음 문제가 있음.

홈페이지에 게시된 사진과 달라 많이 실망했다. 추가로 구입한 건물을 재개발한 객실은 창 하나 없는 가건물 복도로 연결되어 있어 완전 찜통이었고, 걸어가는 내내 삐걱거리는 소리는 엄청 불안하게 했다. 객실까지 반층 정도 계단이 되어 있어 짐을 들어올리고 내리는 것도 힘들었고, 욕실 샤워부스에는 칸막이가 제대로 안되어 있어 한번 샤워하고 나면 완전 물바다가 되어 앉아서 샤워해야 했다. 직원들은 전체적으로 고압적이고, 불친절했으며, 영어가 능숙하지 못했다.

Toilets in the room are sooooo small compared to the size of the room itself. If you've ever been in the toilet of a hotel at a ski resort, where you knees almost touch the door when seated, this is pretty much it. No clue why the opted for that, especially when you consider they installed both a shower AND a bathtub... You can also add that it was extremly warm in the room, no clue why as the temperature was set to 15°. But this hotel is really well placed, its building and inside court are great, the staff is nice, and it was worth the price, so I think I'd go back there again if I had to visit Avignon again.

Cadre charmant et personnel accueillant

Le hall et les couloirs de l'hôtel sont très beau et propres. Par contre, notre chambre était décevante. Mini frigo non fonctionnel. Propreté moyenne et chambre auraitbesoin d'un rafraîchissement.

Weirdest hotel layout ever. No sockets to charge my phone in the entire room. No air conditioning. No WiFi. Avignon is great but there’s probably better deals in the area. They are wearing suits but it slept like a French motel 6.

À wonderful old place which would deserve a much better hotel…

Charming hotel in a very good location. The room (old section) was beautiful, with a view of the courtyard and fountain. The walls were thick and good windows prevented noise from the courtyard. Hallway noise was not an issue, due to the bedroom being through an additional door. Comfortable beds, with quality linens. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent. The server was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was copious and good. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip, and we gladly would have booked additional nights if the trip itinerary had permitted.

personnel tout à fait courtois très déçus par la chambre:on nous a attribué une chambre PMR non demandée ,monacale; pas de rideau à la fenêtre,lumière pas assez forte dans la chambre mais très spacieuse d'autre part on nous indique un parking privé , TB ,mais il n'est pas notifié payant ! Il serait plus honnête , dans ce cas de l'inclure dans le tarif

C’était la 2e fois que nous venions, et c’est toujours aussi parfait.
