호텔세금이 이중결재 되었어요

수도원 호텔이라 신기한 경험이었어요. 내부 구조가 너무 예뻤어요. 또한 호텔이 역과 가까워서 편했습니다. 하지만 시내 안쪽으로 가는 길에 거지가 좀 있어서 밤에는 무서웠어요. 그래서 역과 가까운 것이 좋았습니다. 화장실이 나뉘어 있어서 신기했는데, 변기 쪽은 환기가 잘 되는 편은 아니었습니다. 비누, 샴푸 등은 리필을 잘 해주고, 록시땅이라서 좋았습니다. 아침식사는 조금 아쉬웠어요.

옥탑방..그것도 욕실이 방에 칸막이로 있어 프라아버시도 지켜지지 않는 최악의 방....언젠지 세일한다 했지..빚좋운 개살구...차별받는 느낌..기분 더러웠다...

Exceptional location in Avignon, wonderful spacious rooms in the new wing of the cloisters. The AC was a huge relief during the heat wave! We can't wait to come back again soon.

Chambre vieillotte et pas rénové. Une forte odeur de canalisation dans la salle demain. Pas de rideaux.

Husdjursvänligt. Fick modernt rum i del som är tillbyggt på själva klostret, konstigt och fult. Själva rummet stort o ok, men väldigt mörk. Vet inte om det hade varit bättre i ett gammalt original rum fr själva klostret dock, vissa delar verkade förfallna utifrån iaf. Däremot vackert i foajé och korridorer samt restaurangen. Rörigt att hitta till p-platsen som visade sig vara precis bakom hotellet, bekvämt o kändes säkert att ha bilen där.

To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much. Our room's A/C fan was on maximum and it simply wasn't able to keep up. By Day2 of our stay, water began dripping from the ceiling steadily - we had to physically move our bed away from it. Since the hotel was booked with a large group tour 2 nights of our stay, there was no food for dinner for us on those nights. Literally, the overwhelmed staff told us to "Go away". So French! All in all this once wonderful hotel needs updating. We loved it's historic ambience and location but encounters with rude and overwhelmed staff weren't very nice at all. The good news is it was only 1 block from a very nice Italian bistro with great coffee, wonderful ice cream and cheerfully friendly staff. We loved Avignon but not in 100 degree heat with everything and everybody stressed to the maximum.

Chambre sombre en rez de chaussée, wifi peu efficace, une seule chaîne de télévision, des odeurs d’égout en entrant dans la chambre. Je n’y séjournerai plus lors de mes prochains déplacements.

It was nice and cool in the room. The staff, especially Guyton from reception, was extremely helpful. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and they were good.

Disaster. No hot water. Impossible to take showers. We had ti change room and even cleaning staff was rushing us out. Management is very rude. Basically no us for devices. Poor hotel poorly managed and needs updated. Even after changing room, the room still stink. A real disaster. Avoid at all costs.

This is my new favourite hotel: beautiful, classic, good breakfast, lovely staff and a roof top pool!

Une chambre au rdc avec une odeur d’égouts, une télé HS et un robinet avec une fuite. Franchement pas terrible…

The hotel appears nice af first but is in a state of disrepair and staff is very rude. We had a room with no hot water and barely functioning g shower. We paid a significant amount of money not to be able yo shower and had to change room while being treated very poorly by the rude staff anda strange maid, asking us repeatedly to vacate so she could clean an unusable room. We mined ourselves to a differed room. Staff never apologized, never offered any compensation. Dishonesty, catastrophic failure in terms of service and very unpleasant stay. Almost no plugs to charge anything. Poorly managed property.

Hôtel satisfaisant. Néanmoins, beaucoup trop d’escalier ascenseur très long.

Chambre correcte mais pas au niveau d’un quatre étoiles.

Perfect combination of history and amenities with wonderful staff!

Das Hotel hat schon etwas Besonderes. Der Check in und die Beschreibung zum Parkplatz waren sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war recht groß, aber die Dusche (Badewanne) und der Wasserdruck waren ungenügend, deshalb ein Punkt Abzug. Weiterhin waren die Geräusche aus der Lüftung und Klimatechnik recht laut. Das Problem haben allerdings die meisten Hotels. Der Parkplatz am Hotel ist von Vorteil, ebenso die Lage zur Altstadt. Das Restaurant ist gut, das Frühstück okay. Insgesamt können wir es empfehlen.👍
