It was quite fine. Just normaly clean and classic. But the problem or what I did not like were staffs. I saw 3 different staff at the lobby and all of them never say hi or welcome to guest. and english is not so comfortable(its ok...). Very unkind! I asked towels to the room and brought me 1 only. So I asked 2 more. Staff just answered "ok" and when he came back with extra towels, just knocked and when I opened door, he just gave me towels and just said nothing. I just did not really want to be treated as a king, but I just felt that all of their staff were very rude and did not have any manner as a server. *water pressure is super low and shower head and bath water tap is not properly in use.

매우좋습니다. 매우친절합니다. 매우 위치가 좋습니다. 단 방이 매우 작습니다만 위 3가지 장점이 1개단점을 이깁니다.

The boutique hotel is really beautiful. If you want to stay real French hotel, I would recommend this place. The location is perfect, just behind street from Champs Elysees.

위치가 일단 너무 좋구요,직원들 친절하고 서비스 상당히 좋아요 무엇보다도 호텔내부가 고풍스러운게 파리이미지와 잘어울려서 아직도 기억에 많이 남습니다. 참고로 주차장 이용은 하루 30 유로, 길거리 주차는 오후 9시~오전 9시까지만 무료주차 허용합니다.

방 크기는 캐리어 놓고 걸어 다닐 공간이 작으나 온도는 적당 루이비통 매장 뒤편이라 쉽게 찾을수 있었고 짐 맡기고 돌아 다녀도 직원분들의 친절함 청결함 호텔 수준

지하철 바로 앞.루이뷔통 매장 바로 뒷편. 한 블럭 옆으론 좋은 레스토랑들 가득. 너무 편리한 위치네요. 객실 청결도, 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다.

다른 호텔들과 달리 중세풍의 테마가 있습니다. 아침 식사로는 캐비어가 나와서 깜짝 놀랐네요.

매우 좋은 호텔이었습니다.무엇보다도 샹젤리제 거리에서 접근성이 매우 좋았고. 주변에 멋진 레스토랑에서 좋은 식사를 할수 있어서 매우 좋았음.

Although stayed for only one night, very convenient and comfortable king size bed.

Excellent location to catch the Hop On bus to see the sites. Located very close to Arch. Very accommodating staff to answer questions and help with taxis pick up. Only downfall was the shower. We had water everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff should get bunches of gold stars not only 5! Everyone was EXCELLENT! They made us feel very welcomed! I would recommend this very quaint and personable hotel to everyone!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and a very nice room. Breakfast area was lovely and staff very attentive.
