Unfortunately having to pay parking on top, as this wasn't stated when we booked.
We booked the hotel because we have electric car and wanted to charge onsite, the chargers were on site but NOT belong to the hotel, so none of the staff could assist, the sign associated with the chargers was not the same as the suppliers, so were unable to call for assistance too, the chargers we couldn't get to work, so we had to travel off site to charge the vehicle, disappointing.
Now we know the hotel is not responsible however assistance should be there should your clients require any help? Or it should not be advertised as EV chargers on site, unless responsibility is taken to help patrons should they need it, not to simply state " they are not the hotels and we cannot help, sorry"
