We’ve been coming to North Conway for many years, but this was the first time we’ve stayed at Fox Ridge. From walking in the door, the staff was so kind and friendly. The property is beautiful, though dated (like most of this area, it’s not super modern and that’s part of the fun!). Breakfast was delicious and we made use of the indoor pool each night after playing out in the hot sun all day. The property is close to restaurants and stores that you can walk or easily drive to. The only downside is the game room, which was extremely hot and the games are a bit dated. This didn’t bother my kids too much (they’re little). But, if arcades are your thing and you want more than air hockey and 2 racing games, you can walk a very short distance to the one next door! So this didn’t end up being a big deal at all. We will definitely be returning to Fox Ridge as overall it was clean, comfortable, affordable and had everything we needed for a great family stay.

The hotel is very outdated. The halls smell like mildew. There were bugs in the hallway. The mini golf area is pretty much not usable. Indoor poor area smelled. Outdoor pool needs to be redone. We used to come every year, haven’t been in a few years and won’t be back. Walking from the car to the hotel at night was pitch black. They have light posts that do not work. It felt very unsafe. The only good thing was the employee working the front desk was very nice.

Was a nice place was kinda hard to see at night to find got lost a couple of times trying to get back to the hotel! but people were really nice and accommodating very relaxing. Had a great weekend very close to everything! My sister and I had a great time all in all!

Great location and lots of open lawn space so perfect when traveling with dogs

This was a very last minute decision to stay here to escape the heat of our camping trip. Not only did they have the availability, they also allowed us and our dogs to get an early check in. The staff was so accommodating and friendly.

Everything was fine. The property needs updating; carpets, fixtures were dated and not in great shape. But everyone was nice. Convenient location.

Great stay, felt nostalgic to come with my family and stay at the same resort i went with my parents growing up.

Room cleaning was by request. Breakfast was minimal selections. Clean towels were at front desk. Outdoor pool was not open yet.

This stay was my 6th stay at the Fox Ridge. When I checked I had to pay an extra $40 “resort fee” which I have never done before. The room was clean and stocked well. There was trash around the property the whole 3 days we were there- beer can, half drank coffee. Food options were slim, the cereal was not refilled. The outdoor pool was not open, considering is was 90* the whole time we visited. There was only one staff member who spoke English and that was pleasant with us. I don’t believe I will be staying there again which is unfortunate.

Fox ridge resort combined the 1960s ambiance of a resort in the Poconos or Catskills with beautiful views, mini golf, 8-ft. Deep pools and shuffleboard with modern amenities such as nice rooms, room AC, and many outlets. Absolutely loved the place!

Wasn’t aware I was gonna be charged a resort fee after I paid for the whole week. It’s like a little hidden fee that they hit you with a Fee for what they did nothing

Room space and outside guest areas were great, we had multiple family members and pups with us and we were all comfortable. We will be back next year.

This was a last minute trip for us, we love that the property was easy to book, let us check in late at night and made it easy to get checked in and showing us around. The view was amazing and we were excited about all the stuff available in the area. The pool was so nice to wake up to, while we were only in the area for less than 24 hours, I would definitely recommend and come back again!

I loved our stay at Fox Ridge Resort!

As other's have mentioned, the hotel is a bit outdated and perhaps could use a deep cleaning. However, the hotel is quaint, and really does have that step back in time feel. The staff is so kind and patient. The views are incredible. We used the indoor pool, which was large and well kept. The continental breakfast was really good. I will absolutely come back.

We had a good stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.

Property was clean, room was quiet and comfortable and area was close to everything. Great stay. Looking forward to coming back and booking again

We enjoyed the resort! It was a quaint place to stay! I would stay again. I liked the price. The place does look like it was frozen in time in the 70s. I liked this my husband did not.

Really enjoyed the indoor pool, and air hockey. We were warm and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
