전체 평가 및 리뷰 Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower

이전에 묵었던 다운타운 호텔 대비 주변이 안전하고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 조식 포함 요금이었으나 비행편 일정으로 인해 즐기지 못해서 아쉽습니다.

Hotel.com advertised my room as sleeping 4 and when we got to the room there was only a king bed. The second day the hotel gave us a different room and a discount. Everyone was very nice. The room was clean.

I was attending a large event. I felt both the meeting accomodations and room accomodations were nice. The staff was friendly and efficient. And all the areas except a very busy bathroom area were clean.

Hotel room was ok, although the hotel feels old. Service at the lobby restaurant was very poor, we waited almost an hour for dinner because they are not staffed to deal with a fully occupied restaurant. To make things worse, I asked at reception on Saturday night what time breakfast opens, because we had to leave by 7:00 am. They told me 6:30 am. We showed up at 6:30 am only to be told by the restaurant staff that they do not open until 7:00 on weekends.

Good place

We were in town for a cheer competition located across the street at the convention center. Hotel was beautiful, clean, great valet parking and all the staff exuded customer service.

Allowed early check in and late check out . staff were excellent!

The bathroom was disgusting. Hairs everywhere. Clearly wasn’t cleaned before check-in.

Great hall was gorgeous. Hotel has a very "expensive" feel at very fair rate.

The property is quite beautiful on the inside. The one thing that I would say is that it was one of the top 10 loudest hotels we have ever stayed in. We heard everything, including a 130am conversation of a woman cry/laughing. Toilet paper was a very low quality.

All-around amazing.

This place was absolutely so convenient. The staff was impeccable. Everybody was smiling, super happy. The food was excellent! The gym is great. It was absolutely fabulous. It was so nice to stay at the Marriott/ downtown Cleveland! Thank you thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

The room was smaller than expected but great otherwise.

Earl, the concierge, was wonderful! Paying for WiFi was silly. That shouldn’t happen. Overall, it was great stay.
