호텔은 시내 중심가에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 로마 스트리트 기차역에서도 가깝습니다(역에서 호텔까지 걸어갈 수 있지만, 돌아올 때는 오르막길이라 조금 힘들 수 있습니다).

메르퀴르 호텔 프런트 직원들의 친절한 응대가 정말 마음에 들었고, 짐을 들어주는 직원들도 아주 좋았습니다. 체크아웃할 때 아이에게 색칠 공부 책까지 선물로 주셨어요. 호텔 로비는 넓고 쾌적했고, 화장실도 깨끗했으며, 객실 청소도 매일 해주었습니다. 조식도 맛있었고, 견과류 우유까지 준비되어 있어서 좋았습니다.

Room is clean and tidy. Its location is very strategic. You just need walk and cross the road, then you will find many shops and restaurant.

After we checked in, we found that there was only 1 bottle of paid mineral water in the room. So I have to inform to the receptionist for 3 times only to confirm that there will be no additional charge of the mineral water. Be careful about the offering to book breakfast when you check in. You have to sign something to confirm about this. I also have some difficulties regarding this matter. Yesterday we didn't get the shampoo. So we have to ask for the shampoo to the house keeping. Why the house keeping didn't check the item when they cleaned up the room? And today I have lost my SKII facial wash from our bath room. I can't believe this. I think this hotel need a lot of improvement. I have sent an email to the hotel about this matter but no one reply.

이 호텔에 묵는 건 언제나 좋은 일이에요. 벌써 세 번이나 묵었는데, 객실이 더 현대적이고 리모델링이 잘 되어 있어요. 시내 중심가에 위치해 있어서 걸어서 1분만 가면 시내 중심지에 도착할 수 있어요.

As expected of Mercure hotels standard. Big room size. Room cleanliness just ok, could've been cleaner but this was no major issue. Location-wise excellent. Right in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to Central train station, Queen St Mall, King George Square and Southbank precinct.
