Room was dirty, found strings of hair in the bath tub. Bed was dirty, felt like bed was used and was not clean. Breakfast was terrible, which I wouldn’t even call a breakfast because what even are those foods that they serve.

As we only needed a place to sleep we didnt grab any food etc. Thank you for being open so we had a place to sleep from out travels!!

The room was dirty. It had bugs on the floor and Bathroom towels had hair on it seems like it was already used and Staff did not even bother to clean the room after someone checked out. It was really a bad experience. Homeless people outside the property. We checked out within an hour. Wont recommend anyone to stay here. Do yourself a favour and choose a place which is hygienic and safe

It was fine. I wished the coffee would have been available at breakfast, and there was a lot of cannabis in the halls. The room was good, though.

The only good thing I have to say about this place was the lady who checked us in. Had to change rooms twice in the same night... first room was too hit no AC... second room tv wasnt working and no phone to contact the front desk had to walk all the way to the front desk the third room was so so. The next day our keys didnt work. Had to go to the front desk to get that handled. They thought they checked us into a different room than they actually did. Motel had an old smell. Was woken up by 2 of the staff accusing us smoking weed in the room. I smelled weed a couple of time during our stay. Even smelled it again as we were checking out. They kept the $200 and asked for another $150. We refused to pay. Lady was very rude. Breakfast is very basic. Eggs...yogert. oranged bananas bread... cinnamon twists... bagels 2 types of cereal super sweet orange juice...no coffee. Stay at own risk

Checked in, and checked out instantly after seeing the condition of the room. Very dirty & hasn’t had a proper cleaning in a very long time.

As soon as we entered the building, all we could smell was smoke. The smell was so strong that it almost felt like people were smoking inside the building. When we got to our room the smell was intensified x10. Due to this, we immediately went to the front desk to check out. The staff member was quite understanding and issued an immediate refund. The kindness of this staff member was the only good thing about this hotel.

Wasnt happy with my stay, didnt like this place. Wont be returning. Breakfast was terrible, you wouldnt want to eat anything there plus there coffee machine is out of order so no morning coffee or water!

Nice room. Helpful staff. Trouble adjusting the heat properly but got an extra duvet and finally figured it out. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good (odd there wasn’t coffee).

The breakfast was very limited. Coffee machine was closed and had a sign on it that they are discontinuing it. The advertisement is for a continental breakfast, but you're lucky to have little yoghurts, cold hard-boiled eggs, two cereals, and a few bread options. The hotel is old and the air vents are so dirty. Sheets are stained and towels are unmatched. The hotel gives a feeling that they are cheap and don't really care.

The staff was very very helpful and kind but the hotel itseld was terrible. The first room we had , the beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable we could not sleep. The staff was kind enough to allow us to try a different room thankfully but still very dated and not pleasant. The staff are doing the best they can with the facility they have but I would not ever book back.

This is an old hotel in need of work. The staff were fine. The room was not good. Dirty, stained carpet. Dirty walls in the bedroom and bathroom. No kleenex, just an empty box. A few pieces of drywall missing above the shower that appear to be starting to mold, as well as the ceiling above the shower. Microwave was missing the plate, which we had replaced by maintenance (he was good) but then it wouldn't spin anyway. The desk phone only worked when the cord was held at a certain angle, so calling the front desk was frustrating. The old windows were incredibly dirty and not airtight. The door didn't do anything to block hallway noise. The security lock on the door was broken off, which was disconcerting when a bunch of drunk young adults were loudly knocking on doors and yelling in the hallway at 3:00 am. Because I couldn't reach the front desk with the room phone I had to go out into the hallway and deal with it myself. All in all it was not a good time, and I would not recommend this hotel.
