전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn INDIANAPOLIS - AIRPORT AREA N by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The main reason I booked this hotel was to utilize the free shuttle. It took an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the hotel. And it was unavailable to return me to the airport upon my departure. I had to Uber instead.

Very out dated.. bed frame felt like it was going to break. You can just see the wear and tare everywhere.

Could have used the old free breakfast...

Everything was good. Just wish the restaurant was open.

Friendly upon late check in was tired staff was very nice

Noise from air-conditioning

Carpets from the lobby to our room were in need of vacuuming and deep cleaning

Check in process was very slow. Broken outlets by the bedside, phone didn’t work, and clock was 5 min slow. Front desk gave misinformation on airport shuttle. Room was clean and updated but A/C was very loud.

I did not like no complimentary continental breakfast available.

The property was older to the point that it smelled of old cigarette smoke. Carpets weer

Good for a layover stay.

I got there at 1 asked if they had a room for me she says yes, looks at her chart checks me in, I go to the room and it's dirty literally the bed is unmade, towel on dresser open box of condoms in the bathroom I go back downstairs and she had to give me a different room on the floor after calling the maid who is ON the floor to double check that she isn't lying about this room (she told them she cleaned the room when she had not) the room I ended in the air conditioner was leaking to the floor so the carpet was wet, the toilet wouldn't flush unless you did it twice and there were other visable dirty signs of things that SHOULD have been wiped off. For a QUICK stay it's decent (I only had one night) but it wasn't good nor great

Our room was nice, perfect for a 1 night stay. Only a few minutes from the airport.

Very clean

Breakfast did not start before the first bus service to the airport. So I missed breakfast although I paid for it.

The staff have all been very friendly with ready smiles. My room was clean and spacious. A very nice place for the money.
